Fancied a lovely weekend trip in the lake district for some amazing food and beautiful views UNFORTUNATELY, the views nor the food met expectations. Absolutely horrendous. What a SAD SAD pizza. I don't know whether it was my tears or the grease. I buried my chachu last week and suffice to say, this must've been sadder. At least chachu made a good nesquik. Dead chachu flavour. A margarita pizza that would've been more palatable if dear Susan Boyle grated her feet into it. And we haven't gotten started on the pricing. £42 for two pizzas. I could've gotten a three-five with that and the cheese would've been a hell of a lot better.

totally disgusting had to go back after 3 years delicious shut for week nothing changed absolutely rotten however lady on phone was a lady should give her enormous pay rise so she can get the hell out of there.

Do not in any way order from this takeaway you'll be left hungry because the food won't turn up, order from somewhere else.

this was an absolutely awful experience never visit this place. the workers spar in my food and made sure i saw them they then proceeded to kick me in the leg and call me a coward and a criminal for being a customer and doing absolutely nothing other than trying to go out with my partner for a meal.

ordered a margarita pizza and i would’ve found more cheese behind this stinky mongrel of an owners nob. this business is plucking awful and is clearly a money laundering business since you would have more luck not catching the plaque of eating maggots. there’s less ebola in africa than there is in these pizzaz

Had a takeaway from here. Ever since, I have received spam texts from them and they won’t stop. Even blocking them doesn’t work! Don’t bother going here!

Gross in every way possible, greezy & disgusting, don’t waste your money on this, wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

Blue light card discount. Food was lush, ordered garlic pizza bread with cheese and donner, 12inch ham and pineapple and sweet potato fries. Everything was lush. No complaints.

Hair in cheesy chips and barely any cheese

After 9/10pm they start to make up prices and then blame it on it being an ‘old menu’ despite it still being more than the food hub prices. One example being a 9 inch pizza costing £17. Another being chicken strips, cheesy chips and curly fries being £23.

Such a shame that staff weren’t able to accept that the ordering experience online had not worked correctly for us. We had had no option to choose a sauce. It meant we got a donner kebab with pitta. They forgot to send the salad which we had ordered. On the phone, the lady there became very unpleasant and slammed the phone down on me. Still no refund for the salad we ordered. Will definitely not be ordering again!

Food was horrible we couldn't eat it

They haven’t delivered my order and they are refusing to answer the phone after ringing it again.

Ridiculously overpriced, cheap tacky food... 8.50 for bacon half pounder cheese burger although not even burger van quality... Only decent thing out of the whole order for the family was cheesy garlic bread and chicken and doner kebab but yet again ridiculously overpriced. We got churros which were rock solid burnt to a crisp, strawberry fluff cheesecake and Daimler cheesecake which was asdas clearly not homemade supermarkets own. Mac and cheese bites average at best

Witnessed the staff behind the counter drop 2 strips of donner meat on the floor and then proceed to pick them up and serve them, absolutely disgusting and will be reported to environmental health in the morning. The food in generally is low quality and more expensive than local competitors in the area anyways despite their abhorrent hygiene practices.

marked as delivered at 1:20, didn't deliver till 2:10, wrong foo came and was cold. absolutely appealing behaviour from a takeaway, say away from this rip off place. reported to just eat.

Quality 👌 size of the portions have gone down. No difference between a £15 kebab and a £10 kebab. The size of these used to be allot different.

Chattanooga accepted my order and didn't bother delivering.

Ordered the food on your app and it got to ten to 5 so we phoned Whitehaven chatanooga and they said that their driver got in at 5. I have 3 starving children and no way to get out of my house. I thought this wood be an easy way to get food. I am appalled by this especially with it being half term.

Food up to usual good standard but salad and garlic mayonnaise missing. Chattanooga continue to disappoint with incomplete order. Have given up calling to have missing items delivered - they arrive way after the rest, not worth the hassle.

Wouldn't eat here if you paid me, missing items couple times with the promise of the money back only to reach closing then them refuse and get cocky on the phone.

Ordered from here on JUST EATS while staying at st bees . Being delayed on the M6 for 9 hours due to an accident we were obviously starving..placed order and food arrived within 35 minutes to the hotel. Driver called and let us know when he was at the main doors. Friendly chatty guy. Food was hot and went down well. Not knowing the area we relied on the delivery. Definitely order again from here

Really yummy food, delicious, a minor issue, I would have liked the pitta bread to be separate as it was soggy when delivered. However it wouldn’t stop me ordering again as the food was really good!!

Out of all my local Chattanooga's the Whitehaven one is the best by a large margin, the Pizza's are amazing, the Burgers are great. They also have a wider range of dips, including my favourite Spicy Mayo.

Absolutely abysmal. Food was an hour and a half late, all the delivery “driver” said was “there you go” and drove straight off. The chips were absolutely DISGUSTING. Tasted like cardboard, lots of them were so undercooked that they were green. Couldn’t finish as felt sick from them, which I didn’t know was possible from chips. The only reason one might order from here would be to simply experience the worst foodplace in existence. NEVER buy from this place!! Honestly going hungry would be better

Just got a meat feast pizza, it was absolutely delicious and piping hot.

Son ordered a pizza for delivery 60 minutes it said, nearly 1.5 hrs later he finally gets it no communication as to delay, no apology and no discount. Only positive was delivery driver who was pleasant!

Ordered pepperoni pizza with chicken as an extra topping. Pizza was really dry and found a BONE in it! The last time we ordered it wasnt nice either but thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and order again last night but safe to say we wont be ordering from there again!

They got the order wrong last time but I thought I would give them another go since food had been good prior to that. Virtually no cheese on the pizza and only one piece of pepperoni despite ordering extra.

“Chilli burger” was nothing more than an over cooked burger with a few chilli flakes on it. My son’s pizza was overcooked and only just warm. The same happened last time I ordered from here, and it was even later that time. Oh, and I ordered a can of Fanta, didn’t arrive. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Very average. Only reason people go is because they go there when pissed. If you like grease and more grease go here. Doesnt look very hygienic, they take money then go straight onto handling food. Also from handling chicken on grill to salad etc. Tried again in 2023. Even worse. I had a burger and it tasted weird, wife had chicken kebab and it tasted weird too, like it was cooked on the grill but you could taste the last food cooked on it so they obviously don't even clean it.

Ordered an Uber eats, Pizza awful, chips came an hour later. First and last time, order through this establishment. Uber driver was very polite, not his fault. Awful takeaway service and food.

I ordered a pizza and it came cold and as thin as a crisp. Paid £19.80 definitely not worth it. Tried to call the shop back to complain but they nevered answered just left it ringing for a while then pick up and but straight down. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The worst takeaway anyone’s ever had burnt thin piece of pizza didn’t send my dip may as well of just chit in a box and sent me that u scruffy smelly phucks a fat diabetic kid wouldn’t eat your food stinking munters

We had 2 pizzas and an order of doner. The service was great. New owners were very friendly. The food was amazing. I have never had a doner pizza. It was delicious with generous portions (see photo). We will definitely eat here again!

Food arrived cold 2 1/2 hours late. Blamed the weather, no adverse weather that day. We had tickets for the cinema which is why we needed the food early! No message to say it was going to be late and refused to offer any sort of compensate for the inconvenience. Also avoid the coleslaw it was like water!

Ordered from here last night food was bad we got a large portion of Donna meat which I couldn't eat as it smelled like wet dog the pizza were like cardboard the best part about my meal was the garlic dip won't be ordering from here again

The chicken was very dry but plentiful. The salad was past it's best. The kebab was over cooked. The pizza was just OK. Seems hit or miss but won't be ordering again.

Never order from this so called takeaway!!! They never have anything in so constantly cancel orders and when they do have something in it’s absolutely awful. Do NOT waste your time. Ridiculous.

I would suggest that instead of using paper for the wraps, foil would be better. Apart from that, it’s a nice meal

Outstanding quality, quantity and value.

The Parma chicken did not come with any chips or salad as advertised. This was very disappointing. Which is a shame and does affect my review.

Paid nearly £25 for two kebabs. They arrived the doner was not warm and no dips. We called and were advised they would send the dips up. Still waiting now!

There was literally paper in the burger they sent to me. Plus I asked for my wings to be delivered with sauce on the side, they smothered it in sauce and it came soggy and cold. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS

Food was cold chips were like rubber not nice at all

I suspect this takeaway is grabbing ad much business as it can by submitting artificial delivery times on just eat, I chose this takeaway because it stated 15 to 20 mins for delivery on just eat, once I placed my order at 8.30pm the delivery time expanded to 9.10 to 9.30pm but actually arrived at 10pm !! The food arrived cold, the onion rings were soggy, the Kebab meat was like rubber, I requested NO salad in my partners chicken wrap, it arrived stuffed with onions and chips !!! I will definitely not buy anything from this takeaway! Avoid with your life, I wish I’d read previous reviews now!!!!

Disgusting. the donner is unlike anything i have seen before rubbery plastic no colour looks like it belongs in I children's play kitchen. Orderd from food hub asked for red cabbage and lettuce they put onions on everything literally everything. And some weird sauce that I think was ment to be kebab but was more like a runny sour tomato mess. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Worst Kebab I've ever had. Ordered a mixed kebab, they gave everything seperate. Meat was absolutely nasty. Salad tasted like it was a week old. Found a bone in my kebab. Chilli sauce tasted like Tomato Puree. Absolutely disgusting.

Kebab was very nice as usual. The pizza was OK. But the ribs were awful... thought I'd try them to be different. But chewy, dry and I don't know how it can be advertised as 'BBQ' ribs! Need taken off the menu or improved.

Brilliant burgers, young lads ALWAYS swearing can feel intimidating going in as crowds of younger people in there just chatting to staff. Sometimes too many people cooking and things get confused. The dark haired younger lad is always polite when answering the phone and when taking payment always says to have a nice night.
