The burger that I have ordered yesterday was dry and the mayonnaise wasn’t good at all, after an hour I had stomach problems and I had diarrhoea this morning.

Cheesy chips are they having a laugh...cold chips with tap water and a spoonful of powder...DISGUSTING!

Nothing special, pizza was dry bland half cold and barely any toppings to show vaue

I've been using this takeaway for several years now and haven't had complaints about the food, although having read some of the reviews I am starting to wonder, I've had stomach complaints the last few times I have ordered from here but hadn't until now thought this could be the cause. But that's not the only problem. There are issues with pricing, specifically with deliveries. For several months now I've started to notice that the price on my orders is always £1 more than the menu and website say it should be. My orders are normally over £10 and I live within 3 miles, which according to the menu qualifies for free delivery. At first I thought it might be an increase in price due to rising costs, but the menu and website haven't shown any change in prices. The shop doesn't confirm price when placing the order and there's never an order slip when the delivery arrives that would show the price. To add to that, the delivery driver seems very keen to get exact change. On one occasion the delivery driver had to go back the shop to bring me change, it's unusual for delivery drivers not to have enough change on them. Then on the most recent occasion the driver again made a point of asking for exact change before he'd even reached the doorstep. I asked him to confirm the price, I expected it to be £12, the driver said “not sure £12 or £13, give me £13”, I did so but I did feel that I was being mislead. I don't often write reviews but in this case I am because something about this doesn't feel right. There are a few possible explanations for what has been happening: 1) The shop has changed prices but haven't circulated new menus or updated the website, which means they are advertising one price and charging another 2) They are not honouring the free delivery or no longer offer it, which again comes back to the first point 3) They are adding a surcharge to customers who pay by cash, but this is not stated anywhere on their menu or website 4) The delivery drivers are adding a little onto the bill... I can't say which of the above is the actual reason but I do feel that as a customer I should know the price that is advertised is what I'll be paying, I won't be ordering from here again.

Place order 1 and a half hour ago was to 30m to 45 m then called up they sa be there 20 then in toltle a 1 hour and 45 minutes very bad plus very good customer will not be going back they have lost big

Ordered on the phone, for collection, short 5 minute walk home and it was all cold. It's only got 1 star because I can't give it 0. Even my dog didn't want it.

Burger patties were weird and spongy, tasting only of bitter charcoal. Pointless having a flaming grill if they're putting such poor quality burgers on it. They forgot the grated cheese on my chips, and the chips themselves were soggy and undercooked. Chicken tikka bright pink coz it was heavily coloured but soooo dry and not much flavour. Won't be going back there, I'm afraid! A sad attempt at "food".

Delivers wrong sizes and hang up on you when you call! This place used to be good then changed management and now the pizza is dry and service all over the place. Shame!

Ordered 5 pizzas, they were very salty I thought it was the ham on the hawaiian but then had a peice of tomato garlic bread which was the same. Funny tastes to them all so all went in the bin. Gutted as we loved it a few years ago.

I used to love the food here, but seems to have hit a steady decline since the ownership change a few years ago. I get you have to temper your expectations for a pizza shop open at 11pm, but it used to be so good and consistent.

Ordered as delivery while visiting a friend. Came quick and was nice and hot. My friend enjoyed his chicken nuggets. Ordered two Calzones which tasted more like garlic bread than a Calzone. Chips were un-seasoned but alright. Unfortunately, my other friend was sick throughout the night as a consequence of eating an unknown meat. Very ambiguous descriptions of food, which makes it difficult to know what you're ordering specifically.

Tiny little kabab on pitta very very small not worth 4.99

Right I dno they’re very hit and miss. Sometimes it’s great but sometimes the chips are undercooked. I just paid for a large kebab though to share with my partner and they gave me a small so I’m super cross. With cost of living on the rise like it is I can’t afford to be mugged off by a takeaway like this. I feel like it isn’t that hard to just do it right so colour me unsatisfied. 1 Star I will not be going again.

Placed an order at around 8:45pm and order still hasn’t arrived at 10:30pm what’s all this about? Absolutely shocking service very clearly have no organisation skills what so ever. When I phoned the first time I got told it would be with me in 10 mins to which I said okay but then 30min had gone by and still not arrived to then which i phone a 2nd time and speak to a different person who was very apologetic but unfortunately an apology isn’t good enough and he states that the driver is only just leaving their shop with my food! PS Can’t give feedback on the food yet as haven’t fkin received it!!

Rude when phoned over an incorrect order they hung up on me and then wouldn't answer my calls, had to get just eat to step in and make things right after the takeaway staff refused to admit they had gotten things wrong apparently a large donner meat and chips!

Terrible I walked round as I saw on Uber eats they are advertising as smashmouth burgers. I thought I'd walk around and check it out to find out it's actually Chatanoga, so I asked the guy if the burgers were smashed patties as advertised on ubereats which he said yes, once I paid he then put 3 frozen burgers on the grill, what the hell, if I wanted 3 frozen burgers well I have some birdseye burgers in the freezer. I asked why they weren't fresh smashed patties he said they are trying to gauge interest, not sure how they are going to do that if they aren't even serving what they say they are. Tbh I only gave one star because that's the minimum I could give. I don't understand why they sell these terrible burgers £6 for a triple burger and chips, I should have realised they weren't fresh but I'd much prefer pay £14 for a burger and fries at 5guys. Up your game there is a demand for fresh quality burgers nowadays

Absaloute vile never had a chicken tikka like it and the size of it a 2 Yr old would still b hungry 3 strand of lettuce naan bread not cooked either never order from here again

Absolutely terrible! Put mayo on my sons food and he is allergic to it and it was an online order so completely ignored the notes we put on. Pizza was soggy, kebabs were wrapped in paper not in a tray so sauces were leaking through the paper do not order from here if you want good food 😡

Ordered food this evening at 6.20 pm the food arrived at 6 50 pm . Food was stone cold had to warm up the chips in the microwave. Donner meat was slightly warm and did taste quite nice the pizza was soggy and cold . Do not reccomend.

Decent pizza, ready on time for collection. Card machine wasn't working which is unfortunate when everyone is trying to avoid handling cash. You can pay on the website if you don't mind a 50p service charge by the web host.

A simple mozzarella pizza what could go wrong? Well for a start no mozzarella! The cheapest most horrible cheese available. And boy did I pay for it the next day! Avoid at all costs.

Ordered and was disgusted by the lack of toppings . Both the pizza and garlic bread were tasteless and had barely any tomatoe sauce which made it dry and hard to eat . Will never use again .

We have eating takeaway many times and there have been a few mistakes 2 hours delivery or something missing . Yesterday we ordered for collection 3 fillet meal kebabs 2 with everything and 1 will no salad and chilli sauce Well picked it up and it was old dried chicken over cooked the chips had been re fried hard and crispy but the best thing there was no Pitts bread in all of them . They had 4 staff on and it was a Wednesday at 6pm Never ever again will I eat here just terrible the chefs in the looses words can manage 3 kebabs

OMG this place was better when it got a poor food hygiene rating now its run by people who haven't got a clue what there doing you ask for food & when you get home it just goes in the bin as its horrible will not be returning after many years

Ordered a pizza, 1 hour delivery, delivered to wrong address, so I gave him directions but still had to walk down the road as the driver was clueless. When I eventually got my pizza it was so salty it was almost inedible. Its gone in the bin anyway. Id say the best thing about this takeaway was the bottle of pop I ordered. Avoid!!

Terrible experience. Ordered a veggie calzone and a cheese kebab with chips. Used to go regular before it was closed down for health and hygiene. Stupidly, despite this we wanted to go again due to past great experience, we are regular customers, however this time........ they called out our order, we checked as we always do but they gave us a veggie pizza instead of a calzone, they then blamed it on us , due to them making a massive scene and feeling intimidated by the gent behind the counter who we'd never been served by before, we accepted the order to avoid any hassle. But then got home and looked at the second ordered and to our surprise the second order was wrong also. Got a pitta with kebab rather than chips (both meals we initially ordered cost more than the orders we were given) then we called them as we were at home when we discovered the second mistake and all we got was bad service. The guy tried to palm it off like it was our mistake, claiming we were not regulars, and we were trying to make a scene in the takeaway?! They were the ones that would not accept there mistake, and asked my girlfriend to pay extra for what she had ordered! I kid you not we order the same there every time so would never make such a mistake and the guy behind the counter denied everything and said it was our own fault?! My girlfriend asked if we could get a refund to which the man became very defensive said it was not possible today, but could tomorrow and asked for a number. She gave her contact details and asked what time they were open from to which the man became very rude and accused my girlfriend of being abusive and threatening and hung up?! Disgusting service and will not spend our money there again. Far better takeaways such as Yummy's and Charley's but we go to Chatanoga because we always have and feel loyal to a local business. Never again!

2 hour wait. Missed chilli sauce off order! Called numerous times. informed that my 4 year old son was waiting for this finally arrived at 21:05 ( my son goes to bed between 7&8) no way will we be ordering again? I could have found a shop, bought the ingredients and cooked 20 pizzas in that amount of time! Disgusting service. No manager to speak to and staff didn't even seem bothered. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN! WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBE!!!!

Disgusting service. Was told food would be an hour maximum yet it was over 2 hours late. No manager to speak to after asking several times and staff weren't bothered that we had to wait. No discount given and no apology given either. Will not be ordering again!!
