Chapelford farm in Warrington

Terrible experience. After booking on line for our reservation ...we stood waiting for sonebody to help us ...nobody came so i stood in the queue with others waiting to be served at the bar ...I knew the bar worker wonen was on a bad mood by the way she spoke to the elderly lady who ordered a cup if tea ....she was so abrupt but I never expected what happened next ....she showed us yo a tabke unsuitable and whrn we said we had requested a corner table in thd quietest place she literally went into s rage with us saying ....thus isn't my job . .I don't care where you sit I don't care and stormed off ....we were left on shock my friend who had travelled from the wirral could not believe what she was hearing she suffers with anxiety and before we booked she was so pleased when the booking form said we could request a quiet area ...the action of the bar women made my friend tearful and even after the supervisor spoke to us abd apologised we still felt sick because of the way we had been treated ...it was so upsetting and we couldn't wait to get out ...the bar women in question was shouting and pointing at all corners .....corner corner corner ...please yourselves I don't care. This experience ruined our day and obwas expecting the manager to ring the day after but no call ....just a call off a supervisor who had come on duty saying ...sweetheart I'm ringing ...ect ect ...im not anybodies sweet heart I was still annoyed and upset and wanted a call off the general manager to ask him why on earth is it that on his days off this kind of thing happens nobody could handle the situation abd if only somebody could have said ....look we are so sorry we are short of staff ...ladies sit down and we will bring you a drink on the house and let's start again everything would have been so different .but no instead we left my friend in tears .....we went to the trigger pond not far away and the customer service was excellent ...eventually we had a nice late lunch and were treated so well .....we have both been in hospitality for years and just simple training and the right employees who show the customers they really care means the world....there's no excuses what so ever for things like this to happen .

Absolutely beautiful meals and service, the best in town and Jordan is the most welcoming member of staff with tash & Suzie and very caring for our needs, and very professional the staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

We had really lovely lady called Caroline who looked after us and making sure we are well and enjoying ours food! Thank you Caroline! Ours dinner was very yummy!

Meet was spot on, lovely carvery but best of all the kids area is the best we been to with this chain of pubs. Food very hot, staff lovely

Changed so much Carvery lovely Hot vegetables and plenty meat Have regular 2 Good to go breakfasts all prepped and waiting Staff really friendly

Great and friendly environment All staff friendly and helpful with a lovely atmosphere ! Pub quizzes are always fun and different monthly themes :)

Food was lovely i had a small carvery and was so full. We were served quickly and efficiently .It was my birthday and Vicki sang happy birthday and was really pleasant and chatty ....
