Food was great, arrived early and the driver was really polite! Great service 👏 Definitely going to order from here again.

Food arrived an hour after expected delivery time. Tried 13 times to call them to get an update but got no answer on any occasion. When the food arrived the pizza topping was burnt and the base disgustingly chewy/rubbery. Chips and burger were stone cold and missing the sauces/relishes ordered. Tried again to call restaurant to discuss but again no answer. Would absolutely not recommend at all

The chips where unfortunately quite cold and stale as where the onion rings. The burgers where slightly over done. But after all you get what you pay for. Cheap food isn't good food.

Order was nearly an hour late. Both Burgers had no salad or sauce although this was requested. Also charged 1.50 and received 6 small onion rings. Very disappointing won't be ordering again

Food is luke warm couldn't get hold of the takeout because the number rings out driver over an hour late then the delivery guy asks me for more money for the delivery charge absolute joke never ordering from here again

We have ordered from here quite a few times. Usually the food is really nice, it tends to arrive early and the customer service is outstanding. However, on this accession once food arrived it was wrong. We rang to explain this, they were apologetic and said they would bring the correct order out. An hour later we had another knock at the door with the rest of the order... Nope. Still wrong. So we rang them again. Only this time we only had attitude. Told us we were wrong and the order was correct. When we said we would be contacting Just Eat to request a refund they said they would ring us back in 10 minutes. No return call. Almost 3 hours later and we still don't have the correct order. This will be the last time I place an order here.

Ordered at 1:03 received food at 3:37 and chicken was black and awful and they refused to refund any of the order so I won’t be using again ☹️

Unfortunately food was atrocious! Not fresh at all, probably yesterdays left overs. I know we are in hard times but there are going to be families that order food for it to be then wasted as a result of bad cooking!! Didn't even eat all of it, literally took two bites and threw in the bin. Don't order the steak burger as it is advertised as being 100% steak but was just a normal cooked and then cooked again burger. Absolute Trash!

First of all the food was great, Tried ringing the restaurant and got no office. Had to use the text system from Just eat to get an answer. When you realise they give an hour on top of the delivery time plus another 30 minutes for delivery, it let the restuaurant down.

My third time ordering and it has never disappointed, my favourite place on just eat rn, delivery is earlier than expected too!

Swear by this restaurant always on time or even better early! Food spot on and always nice and hot! Literally order from here all the time!

First time ordering from here and will never order again. The food took 2 hours to come!! I called and they told me it was 10 minutes away and they were extremely busy, after another half an hour they wouldn't answer the phone so my partner drove there and the place was dead. When it finally came the chips were really soggy and they charged us for a bottle of Pepsi we ordered but only gave us a can. And it was cold! Absolute disgrace.

I have ordered from ere for years they have bad attitude on the phone sometimes they said they don't like delivering to my address coz I live in apartments and the prices are Joke the cheese burger meals were 3.80 now are 4.50 since it has been took over it's a joke bad customer service I know it's only 70p more but wen ur ordering 3 or 4 meals it adds up

Third of the order missing, "steak burger" about 30% gristle, bbq sauce sugary with almost no flavour, fries soggy and really salty. Phoned about the missing food a dozen times noone answered the call. AVOID

If this is what food is like in Canada I don't want to visit

I’m their customer from 2012. I liked them but now.... I have enough... last time they made a mistake and bring me wrong food and today.... I received old bread which probably was few days old, sausage was ok but.... was no salad and no sauce inside (I had no option on JE to choose anything. It was last time when I ordered anything from them. If they don’t care about loyal customers anymore.... I don’t want anything more from them. People is not a pigs and for this price I expected something better and fresh!

The Reason is that the Burgers was to soggy Oily and Tasted Old, I don't know why But very poor Quality and Never Again. Sorry for any inconvenience..

Great food and service. Everything arrived early.

The pizza arrived slightly early, however the drinks, fries and free cheesy garlic bread for orders over £15 were not there. When questioned and checked, the delivery man went back to get what was missed. He came back with the fries and drinks later, but the garlic bread was never received. All the food was good in the end, but the delivery problems were disruptive unfortunately.

Burger was completely drowned in sauce far too much

only downside was the tomatoes n onions which we've never been offered when we've bought the same thing over the phone/in person, otherwise it was all good

I was rather disappointed when I received my delivery, the fries we’re over cooked and freezing cold and the burger unfortunately was cold too. I feel like the delivery driver had done a fair few deliveries before dropping my food off as I do not live that far away, if I wasn’t baby sitting I would or certainly gone in and collected. I personally won’t use delivery again as food quality is much better when you go and collect yourself.

Food was due at 15:10 but didn't arrive until almost 16:00. Called the restaurant twice when the food failed to show and they contacted the delivery driver who said he was here, then said he was 3 minutes away, then he finally showed up a quarter of an hour later, at this point 45 minutes late. The restaurant's customer service was ok, they apologised and contacted the driver each time I called. The driver didn't speak English which complicated matters a little as he struggled to find our address (every other driver has been able to find us no problem) The food was hit and miss. The fries were cold and flavourless, the burgers were luke warm, burnt and flavourless, the cheesy garlic bread was hard and mediocre at best and the pizzas were a little hard but tasted ok. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would advise you avoid

Very poor service from this place, they got the order wrong and stuff was missing, got charged extra for food that I didn't order plus got told I owe them nearly £10 for food I didn't order. Also the overall quality of the food was appalling, the burgers looked like someone had sat on them, the fries tasted like they were old and boiled, the spicy chicken wings turned out to be a mix of chicken nuggets and 2 deep fried pieces of chicken that were inedible and the pizza dough looked like it had sesame seeds in it. When I spoke to the delivery driver to say I was going to call the store he told me that they were closed, I rang anyway and they answered so clearly they were NOT closed. This place needs shutting down because it is a disgrace to the food industry.

Food arrive earlier than timed. Extremely fast delivery. We had Pizza deal, 2x Meat Feast, 12" and a Half pounder Cheeseburger and chips. Meat Feast was very tasty and filling, although maybe next time should have asked for chicken to be plain instead of marinated with spice. Too spicy for the husband. Cheeseburger and chips was delicious.

we have ordered from here so many times and never been disappointed until tonight the food was revolting the chips and onion rings only thing edable I ordered the chicken wrap how it's called chicken I don't know smelt funny was slimy like packaged pre cooked chicken not even hot such a shame such as nice takeaway has gone down the pan will never order again!!

Ordered cookies and cream ice cream £6 was delivered coffee ice cream when I phoned up I was told to call just eat who then called the restaurant and called me back the response of the restaurant " tell her to bring the ice cream back to the shop and she can have a refund" shocking disgusting service will NOT be ordering again!! Food arrived earlier than quoted so that's ace and was hot and mostly enjoyable. My only critique would be that the children's meal drink was bubblegum flavoured pop. Not a choice we would have got if we had a choice. Everything else was spot on.
