Caffe Nero - Clapham High Street in Lambeth

Sólo curiosidad si alguien más está sufriendo, pero pedí dos bollos de canela de aquí y los dos desde el día hemos tenido enfermedades graves y diarrea! Es lo único que ambos comimos igual

Evening team with Arab guy are racists, they are mocking different accents and are doing scandalous comments about customers staring at them while they are making your coffee. So I just cancelled my order and went away. Will never go there again as the area is spoiled by many decent coffee shops. I hope the management team will do something about this employees’ behavior. It’s not sufficient being gay friendly, you should also be open to different accents of your customers and do not judge them at least openly.

I was meeting friends in the area and came here beforehand for a coffee. The coffee was very nice and they had reasonable toilets too.

How it is possible to let only 1 person to work,when you have area downstairs,floor upstairs and 2 terrace outside? I'm very sorry for the lady she work there,she is very kind and good coffee maker,she blonde,long hair and very skinny,improve your staff here!!! Poor management,very sorry for that girl!

Voy aquí con bastante frecuencia y el personal parece muy agradable y dulce, no demasiado hablador, pero muy rápido con el servicio y eficiente, pero una nota sobre este café en particular Nero es que nunca he visto tantas moscas de la fruta en un café como este. Siempre están volando alrededor de su bebida y comida tan pronto como se sienta, hay muchos volando alrededor de los jarabes con sabor y la máquina de café. Simplemente te desanima completamente, así que si alguien importante ve esto. Tal vez deba considerarse la posibilidad de resolver este problema, no es muy higiénico.

Muy mal servicio al cliente. A 40 minutos del cierre el barrista masculino se negó a darme una taza de cerámica. A pesar de pagar para comer. Después de varios intentos y mala actitud de parte de él, Él me dio esto. Sin disculpas ni nada He usado mucho a los Neros a lo largo de los años, nunca he experimentado una mala educación

Nice atmosphere but I really don't fancy the cappuccino at Cafe Nero in general.I found the coffee to be bitter as if it has been burned.

I have been to the Caffè Nero on Clapham High Street on a number of occasions, usually with friends. I must say that the standards in this store are by far the worst and so consistently. This ranges from the service, the quality of the drinks and the lack of professionalism from various baristas. Today, the barista thought it was ok to present me with a half full cup of coffee. I had asked for a flavoured coffee and on picking up the the cup from the counter it felt light. As soon as I asked for the milk to be topped up, she said, "yes I made it too frothy"! Well if she knew that was the case, why present it to the customer. The coffee does have any taste of 'vanilla' so either she did not put any syrup in the drink or she has put a measly squirt it and had the nerve to charge me 45p for it. Having already asked for the milk go be topped up, I did not wish to go and ask for the syrup to be added in again. I can't understand why all Caffè Nero shops can't be consistent and use the small glass for measuring the correct amount of flavour to add to a drink. I have seen this done in other stores and think customers have a far better chance of getting the desired flavour if the syrup is a measured amount and not just a measure deemed suitable by the barista!! On each occasion when I'm next in the area, I give the shop another go, hoping things will be different. Sadly not the case and definitely the last time I give my custom to Caffè Nero on Clapham High Street :(

This is my regular Nero and I use it several times a week. The staff are great and the menu the usual Nero offering well served. My gripe is cleanliness. The toilets (like most Nero’s are a bit dodgy and need a makeover and deep clean). I hate they way they chuck bags of rubbish down the cellar stairs at the back. If you are sitting on the downstairs sofa it is most disconcerting. The tables need cleaning on a more regular basis and the garden is filthy.

I regularly support various branches of Caffe Nero, but I think my loyalty us running out. £2.60 for half a coffee? Really? It's bad enough paying that for a full cup. And it was a small cup. #tiredofbeingrippedoff

this is one of my favourite cafes.staff always welcoming, friendly and helpful. very efficient with customers .do great coffee.always service with a smile.

The staff here are always very friendly and the coffee is great. I would highly recommend it. Do a great tart au citron too!

Always visiting here, the staff are very friendly and fast. Never had a problem with my order, well done guys!

Classier than Starbucks. I find it a little pricey though. The sheltered garden is nice on warmer days and there is plenty of room to sit. Deserts are scrumptious. Probably one of the nicer franchise coffee shops around.

Went to this coffee shop on different times the quality of coffee is good but I think they should work a little bit more on the consistency. The place is clean and easy to reach.

- This bar is 5 minutes walk from Clapham North tube station - For some reason they weren't serving food at the time we went there (19:30) so we stayed just for drinks - No drought beers so you only had the option of bottled ones which I found really expensive (£5,10 for a small bottle of Peroni) - cocktails were ok but nothing special - Bearing in mind that it was Saturday night - there was no DJ and they only had a playlist that was playing the same songs - Service needs to be improved a bit but generally speaking people working there were kind and smiling - All in all I would say that if they put at least one drought beer, lower the prices a bit and put a DJ on then it has potentials
