Really tasty food served here and delicious coffee.

Fabulous coffee but glass counters were filthy with dust, shocking

Lovely coffee but their large is Starbucks medium.

Great coffee well made - love the iced coffee specials which look pretty and taste great! And the mousse cakes are to die for! How a good coffee shop should be cheers. If I was to change it I'd make it table service but appreciate it's probably too busy for that - just a pain queuing while missing out on chat time with my mate.

Lovely chai latte and decaf latte

S-L-O-W. Staff does not listen to the order and prepares it in slow motion. Also understaffed, making things worse - queued for 15 mins before my order was even taken.

Nice and clean very friendly staff with a smile. Drinks where great and toasty fab can’t fault them

Needs better air conditioning to cool the place down better but can always sit outside. Staff and manageress were friendly and welcoming.

I Like the Nero Cafes,never go to Costa, unfortunately on several occasions I've visited this one it desperately needs another member of Staff on a Saturday,(2 isn't enough)its always a very busy day,especialy when the weather is miserable, luckily for myself I got served before they ran out of clean cups and saucers as there was no one to sort the dirty ones out,K

Nice coffee and a fair almond croissant. The place is lacking in character and while I was there the tables weren't being cleared very promptly.

Really friendly service from staff & fanstastic coffee!

This was my first trip to Cafe Nero. I had a strawberry milkshake and a slice of cake-type thing raspberry and white chocolate. Both were beautiful 😍 the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was busy but not overly so, my friend and I were able to have a conversation without shouting. A good experience.

Nice comfy cafe on a rainy day!

I cannot say enough about the staff here. They went above and beyond to help us after my partner collapsed there. Nothing was to much trouble.

The lady on in the morning was crazy busy on her own but handled it like a pro.

Pleasant service. Surprised to see Cafe Nero allows dogs inside. I'm generally ok with that but several were inside when I visited and this may not be ok for everyone.

Lovely - welcoming staff, warm, great music & coffee with taste. WC was not in great condition but not staff's fault. Automatic entrance door would be great to retain heat & reduce draughts

Could have been a little tidier and the toilets were not very inviting.

Friendly and polite staff plenty of seating inside also few seats out front kids loved their caramal frapes and hot chocolate.

Understaffed on our visit, but person serving was excellent, she remained calm and dealt with everyone's requirements. She was cheerful, many would have given up under these circumstances. Well done you!

Very nice as ever but not sure that everything needs to be in cardboard when eating in. Carrot cake in a box with a plastic fork and plastic cup for coffee just doesn't taste as nice. I notice Costa still using crockery. Coffee and cake still lovely though

Pretty run of the mill premises with a few pavement tables during Covid. Service good but lacking that extra connection.

Great atmosphere brilliant service. My only reservation would be that the customer toilets are up a steep flight of stairs and for anyone with a disability not the easiest place to place them.

Fast, friendly staff willing to chat if you have the time but efficient if you're in a hurry. Great tasting coffee and good selection of food, nibbles and treats. Plenty of space for meetings and free Wi-Fi.

It is nice but I am a Costa person but they do let behaved dogs in.

Instead of going to Coffee#1 (which is very good) we went to Nero instead. The service was friendly and the coffee was great. We'll be coming back at some point. (Although we haven't abandoned Coffee#1.)
