Burger King in Newry and Mourne

I did not receive my free 6 chilli cheese bits i ordered two portions did not receive the second one which stated I would receive

Chicken nuggets didn’t come with kids meal

Once again NO HOT drinks on a freezing day!! Management need to wake up here. We left and ate elsewhere.

ordered 2 chicken royale meals - unsure why one came with no lettucr or mayo as no customisations were made. Also ordered a bbq dip and a spicy mayo dip, neither of which were delivered. Delivered 50mins after original ETA, but it did keep updating. Wasnt too bothered with this, especially as so close to Christmas and towns busier- but it did mean all food was cold when got here. Overall, extremely disappointing!

Missing small chip and payed extra for bacon and cheese on one of the chips which was not on the chip 🙄 Delivery man very polite ☺️

Staffs were patient and friendly, service was excellent and fast great for when I’m in a rush, and the facilities were pleasantly clean

Food is so tasty and the service is so fast I've went from a 6 stone stick to a sumo wrestler in 3 months and I regret nothing.

I have been here many times to get a whopper and it is always delicious and fulfilling, the staff are always very friendly they make the experience much better. Nothing to be complaining about. Bon Appétit 👌🏻

The food was amazing, and it was served really quickly by polite and caring staff. The person on tills, Rachel, was very polite and nice to me ( I think she has a crush on me). Definitely will be going back for her number 📞🥰

This place is a let down as a fast food restaurant it's a sight for sore eyes no good for kids no working toilet bad for disabled people I have a brain disorder I had to walk miles for a toilet ripped seats this burger king is a disgrace.

Absolutely shocking staff!! Child wanted to use the toilet & they refused to let her use it. No toilet facilities for any of the children. I asked for a manager, Aggie, who just looked me up and down and told me to take her somewhere else. Young girl Demi was serving at the till was very argumentative and didn't care much for ehst I had to say - just rolled her eyes and walked away from me Will not be back anywhere near this placs

Ordered a family meal and only received 2 bacon cheese burgers and 2 chips, no kids meal so my child has no dinner now and also no chilli bites, first time ordering here and isn’t a good first impression

I was in on the 15th of August and I had chicken nuggets and u had ate a few then I saw a chunk of raw chicken in it so I checked the others and they were all still pink and it made me so sick and I cannot believe the sent out raw chicken nuggets and my sister ate some all well it is not on

My order was missing the kids burger.

all dips ordered where not in my bag, only 90p worth but still I ordered them and payed for them I expect everything I order and pay for to be in my bag.

Delivery late over 30 min, I did not mind that as i was busy but didnt like the tone delivery Driver spoke to me blaming me for her driving around trying to find the address, said she rang me few times but no missed calls on my phone, not nice when delivery driver is giving off to you. food was edible but not warm enough

Hopeless, one cook standing outfront talking to her freind's instead of working, one cook (slow), on guy waiting to pit food on trays, one guy serving, sooooooooo slow, then he stops to wipe trays and not serve for 5 min while other guy watches. Finally got to order and sunday machine, the reason we went is broken, I gave up and walked out. Utterly hopeless. No one told them about fast food. 15 minutes wasted for nothing. Eat somewhere else

All in all is a good place to eat but need to update their times of opening. Arrived at 19:36 and it's closed. Said it was open till 11PM

Very poor service, delivery orders given preference over counter orders, staff have an attitude problem, spoke to 2 of them who just ignored me as the delivery orders were more important than the large queue at the counter, I had to ask if anyone was taking orders. After having waited 10 min to order they took someone else's order 1st . The person taking my order was so disinterested no smile no would you like any extras just not interested in engagement with customers, food took ages too , tables floors & toilets were rotten dirty, no cleaning happening at this franchise very disappointing as food was not to bad & actually hot unlike most other Burger Ming I visit

Table was clean, floors and everything was clean, toilets was fine . One of the cleanest takeaway I ever was . ☢️ Food was not the tastiest (crispy chicken burger) and after the meat all day I feel sick!!!!!!!☢️

No issues ordering. Food was prepared well and the staff were polite and served us quickly. Plant based options are always tasty and the chips were cooked well. Only drawback was that there was a strange, sick smell in the toilets.

I do love the double whopper burger meal. However on my last visit I was disgusted how a member of staff treated a family sitting opposite us. The child missed the bin and made a little mess and instead of the lady staff member helping to clean it up actually started arguing with the family. Not very friendly. I'll post next photo of my meal. Bet it looks nothing like the menu on display 🤣 but it is a tasty burger 👍

Noone in the shop ask for a simple plain burger takeaway and can't even get that right. Smothered in mayonnaise and lettuce 🥬. Shocking even the chips were rotten 🤢safe to say I wouldn't be coming back 😅.

Absolutely rotten got double bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was frozen I have it back told them and watch them just stick it in a microwave!!! Dirty food won’t be back

It’s a very bad staff there, not polite, very lazy and slowly. It’s was 3 people in the shop. We ordered food on the takeaway, the girl put it on the tray, then I said I was talking to the takeaway, she didn't put it in the bag, but I threw it all in the bag, they are forgot to put a cheese to the burger! I don't recommend! And I never come back! Very sadly…

Not kean on fast food but burger king has won my vote the last few times I was in McDonald's Banbridge the food was vile and cold we sent one back as it was all bun and one burger they did replace it but put me right off so if I have fast food it will be burger king

Sadly, I have to echo what a lot of other customers have said: a dirty, messy restaurant where staff don't seem to care. First impressions as you walk in, is the floor is covered in litter, but clearly nobody ever sweeps it. A few tables covered in litter as well. About 20 minutes standing in the queue for your order to be prepared - staff shouts out your number so you have to stay close to the counter the full time. While I was waiting, a female customer kept going back and forth from the bathroom to the counter complaining about something, but the staff said they couldn't help. Staff looked bored/frustrated. Once order was ready, it was wrong - we didn't say anything and just ate. Burger was OK, fries were hard, and meh Our table was close to the bathroom, and the bathroom door was open so I could see how dirty it was: toilet paper everywhere on the floor. I had to go and close it so I wouldn't have to eat with that view. Family and I pretty shocked, decided to use the shopping centre toilets instead of that bathroom. After the same customer complained again, one from the staff went into toilet with a bunch of paper tissues... Overall a negative experience and a horrible image for such a big brand.

Burger King gets my business now and again. The XL double bacon & cheese burger was, extra large! Tasty with chips and a drink. One aspect is cleanliness .. a must for me in any eaterie.. While there was someone brushing the floor, beside us there was a receipt, a few chips and tomato sauce smeared on the window sill, looked like it had been there for a while..this does not give patrons confidence in food preparation.

What an absolute joke having a Burger King that you can't have a take away after 5pm.

The worst restaurant iv ever being too. At first the customer service was awful. The place was in a mess, rubbish and food all over the floor! Tables and chairs filthy! The food was cold. Very disappointed and shocked at this burger king especially with in being in a busy shopping center.

Always a good burger - of course - it's Burger King, but the exceptional customer care was what impressed me. Polite, patient and practical. Promptly and without complaint or comment a child's spilt drink was mopped up; noticing the immobility of an elderly couple, their tray was delivered to their table. Lovely staff.

Specifically asked for my double whopper to be plain . Nothing on it , not even sauces . Got home and what do you know ? Absolutely filled with sauces , salad, onions , gherkins , tomatoes. What’s even the point of having ears on your head if you’re not going to use them to listen to your customers and their requests ?

OK for a quick fast food place, nothing special unless your passionate about only Burgers.

Fast service,clean tables, still think burger king is a little on the expensive side compared to its competitors. In all good experience.

Everything tasted well. The reason I didn't give a 5 was because the floor was so dirty and the food wasn't really hot

Love the whopper but now very expensive. Also, order app does not work in ni!!! What's that about? McDonald's app has been working for years, even my local take away has a working app. Chips are awful. A bit like hot cardboard rectangles.

Took 15 minutes for the food to arrive as they forgot to make two burgers. Food was cold and tables were not cleaned, chewing gum on the cardboard display on the table. Wasn't enough staff all young no one seemed to be in charge. Very disappointed and disgusted..

Not enough staff, you end up having to clean your own table if you can even get one
