Watch out for long hairs in your beefburgers. Many of the staff sport loosely tied hair and refuse to wear hairnets.

I just received my order—three kids' meals—but the drinks were missing. I've been trying to get in touch, but it seems impossible. That's really disappointing!

Food and service is good. However the atmosphere could use some work. Tables and seats have bits of food on them.

Whenever I go here, they mess up my order. One time, they gave me a cheese burger with no cheese, and yesterday, they forgot to give us the onion wrings.

Past 3 times food cold, more skin than onion defo nothing to do with delivery people that's why I got it 3 times just to confirm my belief burger king Headingley are not up to the 1 job they had to do oh and I live half a mile away tracked driver heading to burger then to mine it took them minutes each time so possibly the food was sat there way longer than it should as no way can we re heat the burgers

Ordered via machines at the front couldn't have it 'my way' was only extra sauce so nothing major (BK slogan) as it gave options to remove not add so I went to the till was told 'we can this time but we recommend next time you order to do it via kiosk' My response was thats fine if it actually let you as it only gives you options to remove not add 'oh sorry about that', burger comes no extra sauce as requested when they said they had!! my app said I could request a free whopper due to being my birthday I was asked to show proof of ID (I didn't have any) seems pointless offering customers freebies they can't actually use staff were busy chatting amongst themselves and not remotely bothered about serving customers (ones that don't want to use kiosks and would rather use the till) what's the point of having tills. I used to work for BK huge disappointment absolutely crap service! Supervisor should have known you can't add certain items at kiosk i would have thought it was basic knowledge! What a joke at least onion rings were fresh! 🤣🫣 Added photos and as you can see they haven't even labelled it properly either on the wrapper

Burger king has delicious food that is great value for money and the staff customer care is brilliant the standard of service is superb i highly recommend this restaurant.

Justin had no customer service experience and just left all the food to go cold, poor chef had to do the bloke job, untrained to say the least and how do you whoppers on free whopper day when your burger king absolutely horrendous will not be returning until justin is either sacked or trained properly props to the cook for stepping in.

Justin slowest worker i’ve ever seen. ordered 1 burger took 30 minutes to get ready wasn’t even busy in there. Disgraceful from Justin wouldn’t do his job. Sat making drinks instead of packing the food which cooks made in good time. The main cook had to step in and pack the food as Justin was taking too long. Will not go until Justin gets sacked. You have lost a valued customer i have been going for many years and did not deserve that treatment.

Went to the counter to order as I always do. I'm 72 and like to talk to people as I live alone. The place was almost empty but the girl told me I had to use the self order panels and wouldn't be persuaded to serve me despite me being right there. I left. Never heard such an awful decision by this branch's management.

Went and got food, it didnt take long to make and was actually hot/freshly made. The guy who gave me my food was nice too

Took an age to arrive & when it did it was cold & tasteless. Chicken very tough, 3 bites & thrown away. Not many fries.

From order at 12.39 and 2 changes to estimated time of arrival the food chips and burgers for 3 meals were totally cold

The driver went to the wrong house he thought my house was 34 instead of 32. He apologised for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and really enjoyed it. It must have been his first day so I’m not blaming him

delivery took a while, longer than usual, delivery driver refused to get out of the car so I had to go out in the street in my pajamas, wouldn't give me food without a code, which I was unaware of, by the time he handed over the food, it had gone cold!!!

After failed McDs order, decided to try elsewhere. Arrived on time with hot items & cold items presented correct. New Angus burger & loaded fries hit the spot! Nutella muffin + Icecream lush also. 👍

The delivery is always very slow from Burger King and so the food arrives cold. The map is also wrong so the driver can never find the address.

Only 1 of the 3 self service terminals working. Staff actively avoid eye contact and till area so they don't have serve you there. Long wait for food which wasn't even hot.

The order has been marked as delivered. placed at 11.55am, due 12.20-12.45. Driver assigned as 2.00pm. order says delivered at 2.30pm and it 2.07. No order has arrived

I came in the other week and bought the Hallumi fries and jalapeño bites I received incredible service I think the girl was call Augus she was incredible polite. I was quite shocked when I came in yesterday and didn’t receive the same from another member of your team who was very rude and had a face like a slapped arse and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner

I loved my visit to this burger king in particular. No fast food employee has ever paid so much attention to me as a customer I truly felt like I was welcome here. An employee by the name of August was the one who took my order at the front counter when the kiosks were down and assured me they are trying to fix them. What was even better was that August also made sure that all of my food was hot and fresh out of the fryers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this Burger King. One of the staff members Auguste was very polite and gave us swift service.

Chips for both Meal deals we ordered were missing, also no dips delivered.All the food we had delivered was cold on arrival.. Absolutely disgusted

Mark who I spoke to on the phone is very helpful and a good ambassador. He did his upmost to resolve my complaint. It's a shame their dreadful drivers think it's acceptable to not deliver orders and then block your mobile number when you ring to chase them up which is what lead me down this rabbit hole in the first place. Hats off to Mark though as I say.

I watched the driver go in the complete opposite direction on the map to where I live and when he did arrive my food was cold, the delivery charge should mean you don’t get a cold order, I have never had an issue before the Burger King is 5 mins from my home but on this occasion not a very happy customer.

Good Afternoon, I have ordered food for me and my family I have spent £65 to have missing items.. I have children with special education needs who are left disappointed also 1 burger was very over cooked with 2 slices of off discoloured brown lettuce.

Rude staff was ignored on multiple occasions when asking for sauce, not friendly, tables where all dirty only 2 were clean, i will not be returning!!

I was eating there with my daughters and the truth is that the treatment of the girl at the cashier was disappointing, very poorly tempered (Malandra) they should select their staff better since BK has a good prestige and their staff should be courteous and friendly

I recently visited the Burger King in Headingley and was thoroughly impressed with the service and food. Dean, Kareem, and Liam were exceptional in their roles, providing friendly and efficient service. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, making my dining experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this location for a great meal and excellent customer service!

Great food and nice staff, good music

Ordered a children’s meal as well as an adults meal for delivery. When it arrived it all looked fine until my daughter opened the children’s meal and saw her toy in there. It was a pack of 2 crayons which a member of staff had written “you’re adopted” on in red pen. Called them and the shift manager said he wouldn’t have thought his staff would do that and he apologised but the damage was done.
