Delicious breakfast and lunches. Good service from the team and a very pleasant atmosphere. Pasta with chorizo and butternut sauce was delicious. Great for coffee time or full meals.

Went for Greek taster food ok service was slow not much atmosphere. Would be a good place for a coffee, although their normal menu maybe nicer.

We went today this afternoon for coffee . Unfortunately the tables were not clean and food crumbs on the chairs . The pregnant lady served us . She spilled my coffee on the saucer which was also chipped. I gave the saucer back to her, thinking she would have brought me another one , she didn’t . The coffee was nice . Just not clean has it used to be since we last came . It doesn’t cost much to clean the table but make a big difference to your customers .

Ordered 2 coffees and 1 round of toast with marmalade. On delivering the coffee was quite obvious she had spilt one into the saucer no sorry no napkin to mop up, so we used a tissue. Toast took ages, was burnt and I butter which barely covered 1/2 of one slice. Been here quite regular and been ok. Won't be returning as terrible service

Great place, good atmosphere and friendly staff.

Came in at 11.30 first order for drinks taken 11.45,food order taken at 12 served 12.40. Food was very average and not all ingredients available, overpriced. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Was treated to a Mothers Day afternoon tea by my 9 year old. It was absolutely delicious, the cakes particularly so. My son is not a huge fan of sandwiches and they offered to make him something off menu so he could eat with me. The staff were beyond helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed by surprise and would highly recommend.

Good coffee but bad customer services. The Food … not sure. I had to cancel the order after 30 min wait without any communication. Nice place if you do not mind waiting for food and being neglected. Maybe I was unlucky but I can not recommend it. Wast of time and very unpleasant experience.

I love this place. We've gone for Mother's Day , Father's Day, birthdays and solo. I've lovely memories linked with it and going with my mum in law and dad. The food is great, freshly cooked and service is always with a smile. I called in today for breakfast when I dropped by dog a few doors down at the groomers. It was lovely to just sit for few hours a much welcomed start to the day!

had the best afternoon / evening in this amazing bar with friends watching Rob from the Burgendys , cocktails were fab lots of choice, Sunday sharing boards absolutely delicious 🤤 and finally Zac our waiter was a delight he couldn't do enough for us and his customer service was 10/10 thank you team for making it a great night out.

What a beautiful experience I go weekly now has a treat the ambience is so classy clean it a little bit of luxury.. thing is I love how you can sit and talk privately and not-feel that your overheard by another table next to you I have to say the home made cake’s are soooo yummy you can go pick a private spot to study , or with friends family to enjoy quality time the subtle music in the back ground really makes for a pleasant time the service is personal and the staff a so joyful and pleasant helpful have to say thankyou to Bridie for welcoming us 🌼

Saturday afternoon meet up, half way for our family swop over, Nice bar and cafe, but sadly the service was incredibly slow|! By the time I had eaten my teacake and drank 2 cups of tea my sons toastie was still nowhere to be seen, apparently the chef had missed the item off our order, the bar was fairly empty, not that busy at all, when the toastie finally arrived myself and father had long finished our tea and cake. Sadly no appeasement was offered.

Wow. Beautiful environment with lovely staff, inparticuarly Zoe! so friendly and helpful and a smile for everyone that walks through the door. She was very busy but didn't let that affect her service, very much appreciated. The food was delicious!!! I wanted more it was that nice. Will be returning very soon.

Service awfully slow took 20mins to bring teas out cancelled cakes as it was 35mins after ordering… Restaurant slightly busy but doesn’t take that long to make tea and bring out cake!!!

Went for a meal with a friend there was an old d.j who thought he was 20 the music was deafening . Couldn’t have any conversation at all, totally ruined the night . I don’t mind background music but this was in another level. Definitely won’t be going again !!

I’ve been to buonissima just recently and took my 85 year old mother, who can be a little bit difficult at times with her being celiac. But Buonissima had a great variety of gluten free options, furthermore we were served by a lovely young girl Named Bridie.

Second visit recently...it was busy for a Wednesday lunch time...We were served by Bridie...what a joy of a waitress, smiley, accommodating, helpful and polite..food and drinks were spot on a great few hours.

We have lived in the area for a few years and have visited Buonissima a number of times for lunch, dinner and drinks so it was sentimental for us to pick it as our venue for our co-ed baby shower. From start to finish, the service was fantastic. They were really responsive via email with my many MANY questions and queries. They accommodated as best they could and communicated clearly if something was not possible. On the day, the staff were friendly, attentive and hard working. The kitchen did a fantastic job at serving around 40 starters and mains efficiently. They allowed us to bring our own cake and decorations which meant we could really make it our own. Overall, it was a great experience and I want to say thank-you to the management, Megan and the team on the day for a great event. Shout out to Megan for looking after us so well and being so patient with the never ending requests!

Ordered an antipasti board as 4 weeks ago it was lovely. This time the hams were hard there was 2 very thin slices of Brie and yellow English cheddar the bread was awful. There was a pile of rocket with balsamic on it and warm olives. When asked if all was Ok I said no not as good as last time. The reply from the waitress was. “ well it may be because we are busy “ half the place was taken up by a baby shower for which no one had yet arrived .no where near as good as it was. Seems to being run by young people with no one to give guidance. Such a shame as I have recommended it to many people. But will no longer do so. It’s lost it appeal. So sad

Great coffee but the food was a disappointment. One order was for the bacon, Brie and onion chutney ‘sandwich’. The bacon was cold and tough. Other order was the same minus the Brie and was also a let-down. The GF bread roll ok, but at £17.90 for the two, to have one cold, tough slice of bacon per sandwich seemed to be a mean offer. I expected at the high price to have at least two rashers of bacon, particularly as I asked for the Brie to be omitted. The staff were mostly attentive and the place was clean. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it value for money.

Megan, Lia and Shura welcomed us before we even entered, with Megan leading is to our table and ensuring our first cocktail was on our table before we had even sat down. Despite a full house, every drink we ordered arrived within minutes. As professional and polite as they are, I enjoyed their witty banter. 10/10

My mum took me here for my birthday. The food was amazing. The staff were so friendly and they gave me a glass of Prosecco for my birthday.

Couples & families with babies plenty of choice we didnt have food but the pizzas looked very nice . Plenty of choice of drinks both non alcoholic & alcoholic

We loved this little gem. The staff were welcoming, the beer cold and the atmosphere just what you needed on a Friday night after a week at work. Such a treasure in this little town.... oh how this little gem has changed. It's gone from being a really nice bar to barely knowing how to treat their customers. Recently changed hands and boy have those hands changed . Tonight was our last night and we will no longer call it our little gem..Tidy to messy, tasteful atmospheric music to loud Ibiza vibes, moved us to accommodate other customers, eventhough we (a bigger party) were there first). Just generally gone down hill and lost its 'little Italy on your doorstep' vibe that we loved and were prepared to pay slightly over the average prices for. The prices and atmosphere now no lonher match the prices. Not for us anymore. Such a shame to see this once oyster shell is now pearlless.

It is what it is. Possibly the better looking of the venues on the high street. Food is simple, well presented. But overpriced. They feature live music and entertainment. People seem happy, yet distracted.

Wow what a place! Fab authentic Italian dishes, great service and choice of drinks. Gorgeous Italian themed interior with loads of seating. It does get busy so it may be wise to book in advance especially at the weekends.

Popped in for lunch/brunch on Sunday and I just thought it was a sad place. Really nice decor and looks nice but I walked in and 3 staff wouldn't even give me eye contact. It wasn't packed and plenty of empty tables. Even if you're busy a "hi/welcome be with you in a moment" isn't too much to ask. We were taken to a table that said reserved (so they knew someone was going to sit there) but it was dirty, hadn't been wiped down. Food was nice, drinks were nice, staff just weren't attentive or bothered at all, struggled to get their attention at the end so we could pay and leave. We did the usual British thing of not complaining about anything but just won't go again.

Really disappointing food, pizza was tasteless and my step daughter actually chipped her tooth on something on her pizza, which they didn’t charge us for when we complained. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

Called in today for coffee and poss a bite to eat. Disappointing. The member of staff couldnt have been more miserable and sour faced if she tried . She brought our 3 hot drinks to the table and put the tray down next to the 10 month baby in the high chair. Dangerous! It takes a second for a baby to grab things. Luckily mum is smart and quick enough to pin his habds in case. Because of the grumpy attitude didnt bother to order food. Went to til to pay. Staff walked past me went behind counter continued to ignore me and wipe something on the counter. Had to be pointed out to come serve. I asked for bill which was just plonked on the counter and cash machine shoved forward. Dont even recall a were drinks ok, thanks for custom. Wont be returning

We popped in here after a local netball tournament. They had many gluten free options which is very helpful for me. The food was absolutely incredible some lovely lunch options available. The coffee was great, the staff were welcoming. The only tiny fault was there...

Cocktail bar but serve some nice beer/lagers also. Had surprise party for my daughter. Brilliant night. The staff were great pizzas were nice and hot and tasty everyone loved it. I've been there before without a party going on _ just as good. Would highly recommend.

Birthday brunch! I called a day before to book a table/space for brunch with friends - requiring a space with flexibility as it was unknown how many would be attending, a lot to ask for even in my opinion. Buonissima did not disappoint! Plenty turned...

Booked a table before Christmas. Had the mozzarella & pesto Ciabatta which was lovely. Great place to chill out and drink prosecco!

Friendly staff and amazing food.. excellent location too with plenty of parking nearby. The restaurant has a nice Italian vibe, which makes your experience even better. The coffee is Italian, the only restaurant with authentic Italian grains in the region. It’s BEAUTIFUL. Highly recommend, for a morning coffee or a nights drink.

This place serves some great fresh brunch food in good quantities. I have been back many times now and never been dissapointed. The food is simple and delicious, highly reccomend.

A perfectly located Bar in Stapleford/Sandiacre. Neighboured by a 5 star restaurant. A great little venue for lunch, dinner or just a quick drink. The staff are exceptionally polite and accommodating. A nice selection of food and beverages to accommodate your palette. The perfect ambiance for any occasion. Nice place but very slow service even though only 5 tables occupied at lunchtime. Totally lacked atmosphere and no friendly customer service vibes from the staff.

Went for afternoon tea £18 each. Not impressed basic sandwich x 5 triangles, few crisps.Aubergine omlette square and a brucheto also received a hot drink and glass of Prosecco. Had one scone with slither of jam and cream and a chocolate brownie after wating a while for a plate we get hot ones straight out the dishwasher for our cakes.I have had a lot better afternoon teas locally.

We recently held my daughter's 18th birthday party at Buonissima. Leanne and Marie were absolutely fabulous in helping to plan, organise and set up the party... and looked after us so well on the night. It was the perfect venue for the party and everything was seamless. Buonissima is just the loveliest venue. It feels special, but warm and welcoming.

Great place for brunch, lunch, afternoon coffee and cake, date night, meal with friend or family…the food, drinks and atmosphere are great but the friendly owners and staff are what really makes this place awesome!

Went here last night looking forward to the 2 for 1 cocktails as advertised on their website, had 4 drinks and paid full price, when asked about the deal we were told " oh we're not doing that at the moment. Glad we only had the 4, very disappointing.

Very poor. Came in during a quiet period and ordered two drinks. While waiting I watched the 3 staff laughing and chatting, taking photos for advertisement. In the end, went to ask about my two bottled drinks, it was evident she had completely forgotten. She then delivered the bottles and did not offer glasses. During the entire time we were here, our table and tables around us had cups and glasses left on them.

Relaxing in the morning for coffee ...nice that some places still serve you and not self serve .... Pleasant staff , nice atmosphere .. Coffee 9/10 not harsh American with cream ... Each to there own .....4.5 🌟 Half star down which is not there fault is the veiw ... But makes it easy to get to and park ....

We visited tonight with friends and apart from our very friendly waitress, unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. It started with being told the gnocchi was not available, as it was still frozen. It then took an age for the bread and olives to arrive....

Cracking bar a bit more upmarket but still you pay for what you get.
