Buckley’s At The Chartroom in Inverclyde

Have to say service was great but food was cheap and overpriced. Burger was cold, chicken was dry, food was bland and tasteless. So wanted this to be great as loved this place prior to change of ownership.

I was the lucky winner of the Facebook Valentines competition by Clyde Eats to win a takeaway burger box for 2 from Buckleys at the Chartroom. What can I say fabulous experience from start to finish. Placed my order via Clyde Eats app for collection after I finished work. Went to chartroom to collect food, staff were very attentive and welcoming, food was ready as requested. The food was amazing! Me and my husband tucked in to the burgers that were to die for, salt n chilli chips & chicken wings that .were soooo tasty, and the macaroni cheese was amazing. I will definitely order this again and would fully recommend others to do so. We haven't been to the Chartroom for a 'sit-in' meal for a number of years but we will definitely be going now. Fantastic place, food and staff...and the view is 'naw bad either'. Thanks again for a great experience & beautiful food.

Everything was spot on, service was friendly, food was excellent and plentiful and the venue sits in a perfect spot right beside the Marina. All in all it was a great experience.

When visiting the marina we came across Buckley and decided to try it for lunch. Warm welcome on arrival and menus and drinks were with us almost immediately. The menu has a varied selection and is all reasonably priced. I would recommend the lamb. Service was very friendly and attentive throughout. We will definitely return.

Menu made it difficult to choose. After some thought we ordered tacos, scallops, Korean steak sandwich and lamb souvlaki. All were cooked perfectly with good portion size. The staff are lovely and friendly. Will definitely be back.

First time visiting Buckley’s at the Chartroom. Lovely warm welcoming environment to sit and relax with friends or family. Food was amazing and staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Our second visit to the Chartroom since the new owners have arrived. The food and service is great and exactly what this venue has been craving for many years. Keep up the good work and I’m sure we’ll be among many regular visitors.
