We visited Bubbleninja, Llandudno whilst on holiday, my 10 year old daughter couldn't wait to visit, she had seen them online and was so excited to try a 'Bubble tea'. The product was amazing (but expensive) the guy at the counter was not very welcoming. We had never bought one of these drinks and so needed a little help with how to build the drink but he wasn't interested in offering us any help so we just had to improvise and hope we had asked for the correct things. Would recommend the product but not the service!!

We live locally and thought FINALLY A BUBBLE TEA SHOP NEAR BY because most of the good shops were quite far and expensive in chester and liverpool so we were excited to give this shop a go ordered Matcha Tapioca, Milktea Tapioca, Taro Tapioca the price isnt that bad for its size ngl but sadly my TARO MILKTEA TAPIOCA was tasteless it was like watered down milk tea and the tapioca was under cooked like it was hard in the middle sadly:( I really hope i was just unlucky because the matcha and milktea was good not bad not too sweet that you kind a get sick of it but yah hopefully during my next visit they'll notice it.

I've been aware of the existence of bubble tea for years, and walked past many bubble tea outlets in the past, but the opening of a new outlet locally lead to my first experience of it. Basically bubble tea is fruit flavoured tea filled with "bubbles" which you suck up through a straw and then pop in your mouth to release fruity flavours. It's an interesting and not entirely unpleasant experience and I could imagine it would be especially nice on a hot day. However the problem for me is that it's £4.50 for an average sized drink. If it was half that price I might try it again but for me it's too expensive to justify any further visits.

Food was incredible. One of, if not the best Indian I have ever eaten at. Very accommodating when asked for curries without peppers. Fantastic friendly customer service.
