Bobby's Pizza Co. in Lisburn

Just picked up a telephone order and is going in the bin, something smells pretty rank, onions and mushrooms all raw wouldn’t give this to an animal Vile will never order from this place again only sorry I had to give a 1 star! minus 10 would have been fair take photo option not working??

Service was very slow and staff were rude. We paid a 3 pounds fee so we could preorder and collect our food and despite this we still waited just under 1 hour for our order when we arrived at the shop at our allocated time. When we asked for our money back and to cancel the order because it was taking so long , our food just happened to be magically ready. An all around annoying experience altogether. We were then missing an item from our order after all of that. Will not be back Edit - in response to the owner’s response. You offer orders to be placed for takeaway on your website and gave me a time my order would be ready. There is a 3 pound fee pre loaded on your website for this. I would consider that a pre order. As for your staff not remembering , I can’t really comment on this , but it was defintely your establishment that we ordered food from.

Everything was so gooood, chicken and chips were nice and crisp and pizza was unreal - 10/10 recommend

Has to the best Pizza I have had in a long long time! We got the 12" Spicy Chicken. I have ate alot of pizza throughout the years and around the world but boy on this night Bobbys has just cracked it. The Pizza was cooked to perfection. The tomato base sauce, we could taste that it was made in house and was not factory, mass produced sauce filled with perservitives. Even though it was a take away, everything tasted fresh and healthy ;P The products used where all fresh, good produce and the pizza was made with love. Id normally love the sides but the sides we got, rainbow fires & spicy chicken wings didnt get a look in whilst this pizza was on the table. I will be back, I almost went for another even though im full, I want more. :D

Very long wait outside 45 min, out of 4 different meals ordered 2 were not what was ordered.

Seems like this is a common issue but the wait time is horrendous. App said pick up at 6.55 and we left 40 mins later. A comment from the owner in a review below said that the pick up time is just an "estimate". What good is that to anyone? When you place an order for a certain time, you expect it to be ready at that time. The girl at the front desk said that there was an influx of orders but that's no excuse, not properly organised and this looks to have been going on for some time. It takes 2 mins to cook a pizza in that oven. The irony is that when you open the app, they are asking you to your vote for them in the food awards....disappointed!

When bobby's moved to Lisburn I thought ohh great another pizza place, boy was I wrong, their pizzas are amazing all cooked in an oven that only they have, bug their burgers... Omg, bobby's unique way of making them put them in a league of their own, if you haven't tried one yet I highly recommend you do, well worth the money, I would recommend either the bacon cheese or their new menu item the jammie bas***d burger with bacon and chilli jam.

Food always absolutely beautiful. Our favourite family takeaway. Always a real treat. Absolutely love the garlic and Parmesan fries

App said 5.45 waited until 6.10 had to ask if my pizza was ready, guy said its getting cut, 15mins later after that hard cut got my pizza, got home wrong pizza?? Time mange.nt needs reviewed and better strategy implemented, and organisational skills need improved, ingredients on my wrong pizza I cant eat

Regularly make the trip from portadown to Bobby's . So worth it , amazing food , and great service .

Restaurant needs to work on its service. Delivery time is ridiculous, took two and a half hours to come. Food is good but not good enough to be worth the long wait time.

Disappointed with my experience with Bobby’s Pizza. Had heard really good things. Although the Food quality is good, they are majorly let down with keeping their timings. Ordered 6.30pm. Given a collection time of 7.20pm. Was handed my pizza at 8.05pm. Extremely busy place, seemed to be struggling to keep up with demand. A lot of frustrated customers asking about their orders. Felt bad for the girl serving who had to face all the customers.

Waited 1 hour for a pizza and chips and the pizza wasn't the right size I was charged for

The food is great honestly, I particularly like the dirty fries. And obviously great food becomes popular, but I’ll honestly think twice about ordering again just because of the waiting time. I can understand it being busy at certain times, and I appreciate them giving you a collection time so you can plan accordingly. But when you get a confirmation email with a collection time, show up at the time, and then have to wait an additional 45mins, a quick “sorry about the wait” doesn’t really make up for it. If you do try it out, expect it to take a lot longer than you expect. Is it worth the wait? I’m still deciding.

Ordered at 7:47pm, website told us it would be ready at 20:20pm. Arrived into the shop at the exact time was handed a buzzer and told to wait on the car until it buzzed. Sat for another 40 minutes, went back in at 9pm to ask how much longer the food would be to be handed the food and the buzzer never even went off. Food itself is very good but not worth waiting that length of time for a burger and loaded fries.

Food is always very nice but twice I’ve been and twice I’ve waited longer than an hour for my food. Both times I done collection because it’s supposed to be quicker. I totally understand use are busy but the second time I went I placed my order at 19:00 and waited 1 hour 30 minutes on my food. I was told to collect at 19:50 and the food still wasn’t ready until 20:30. I asked the staff about the length of time to be told its “because we ordered so many sides” when our only sides were 2 chips and mozzarella dippers?

Pizza was more burnt than I would have liked and definitely more burnt than pictures I see on Facebook promotions. I would have asked for another to be remade however didn't feel like waiting another hour on it. Salted chilli wings were lovely! But only got 5 instead of the 6 stated on the menu

Pizza is out of this world! The topping combinations are on point, staff and service fantastic. Buzzer system is a great idea.

Placed my order to be told it would be ready in 45 mins I walked in to wait and pay after 35mins to be told it shouldn’t be much longer it was 1hr 50mins from ordering before I actually walked out with my order absolute disgrace to be waiting that long on a order that was supposed to be 45mins but apparently if you order fries that’s what takes so long 🙄 and to find out after that my pizza had been ready over 30 mins and sitting in a heated oven waiting on the loaded fries is not good Note to owners - Hire more staff as it’s not fair on the staff you have there taking slack for orders taking so long

Filthy chips were unreal, pizza dough tasted weird, maybe just a one off. Place was very very busy, will go back and try a burger though do seem very pricey compared to elsewhere.

Pizzas and fries here are really good, can’t fault the food at all. Fresh food quality ingredients. Only downside is cash only which is frustrating and yous have been open months now so why not accept card. Also they need to improve their technology for ordering so it helps them to manage better as it’s chaos. When you put through for collection it can give you a time slot hour or two away and when this happens you can’t contact them to cancel.

Drove from Bangor to Lisburn to try this place, wasn’t given a waiting time or nothing after 45/50 mins I went in and asked to cancel my order as I’ve a 8 month old screaming in the car n told them I wouldn’t of put an order in if i was told it would be 45 mins and was told I was told and we couldn’t cancel , pizza was soggy and under done was very disappointing

So I ordered a hawaian pizza last night but wrong one was delivered. Phoned up and a replacement was made as a priority and arrived very quickly. I was concerned that I might get my pizza after someone else had opened it but was reassured this does not happen. They wouldn't even take back the wrongly delivered pizza. I'm impressed at how well this was handled, mistakes can happen. Hoping a friend will collect the beautiful pizza 🍕 I don't like.

Best pizza in lisburn. Bonus points for offering Vegan cheese as we are a dairy free family! Chicken is beautiful too. Will be trying the chicken burgers next… have heard great things about them!!

Had a mushroom pizza, cooked perfectly, nice amount of topping and cheese, great tasting spicy Chipotle dip, definitely be getting from Bobby's again😋

Just tried Bobby’s for the first time and wasn’t disappointed. Ordered the pepperoni pizza and el chapo which was super hot but so tasty, I kept going back for more. My daughter had the chicken burger with cheese, bbq sauce and onion rings and gave it 10/10. Also ordered the franks chicken wings which didn’t have that vinegar taste you get in most places, but were tasty and moreish. Didn’t like that they are cash only and would have preferred to pay through the app, but this option isn’t available. Just a little more salt in the dough and accepting card payments would get a 5 star.

Pizza's are so nice!!. Great watching the guys make the pizzas fresh in front of you and that new pizza oven is massive. We also have had the filthy fries, salt and chilli chicken and onion rings. All absolutely delicious. Waiting times are what you expect from a very busy and popular takeaway and at least they are trying to improve the waiting time. Victims of their own success. Our new go-to place for pizza and filthy fries.

Best pizzeria in Lisburn. Lovely blistering on the crust like authentic Neapolitan pizza. Spicy wings were excellent, friendly staff and the pizza oven stole the show

Was expecting something special from here and was a little disappointed after all the reviews from friends, my pizza topping was really nice, very hot, very spicy but my partners was quite tasteless, she had the goats cheese. Pizza base was too thick, it was like a Dominoes, I was expecting a nice thin crispy base. I won’t be rushing back I’m afraid……….

Wow if you haven't tried the pizzas here you are truely missing out they are fantastic service is great you do have to wait but trust me it's worth it . Highly recommended

First time having a bobbys pizza as I seen so many good reviews about the place and I can perfectly see why, as I went for the 12" smoky and it was just incredible, flavours are amazing, full of toppings and it certainly filled the emptiness in my belly and I must say ill definitely be back 😉❤️👏

Just got 2 pizzas, one for myself and my partner. Hands down, one of the best wood fired pizza places we have tried. I think people in the previous reviews need to realise that the "Burnt" bits around the crust are what make a wood fired pizza so much more flavoursome than one that has been mass produced and pushed through a conveyor fed oven as is done in most. These pizzas are made with care, the ingredients used are fresh and of extremely high quality.. the sauce on the base is perfect, not too tangy or sweet. All this paired with the price is excellent. We have just found our new spot. I would have added photos but the pizza didn't get to make it that long! 10/10

Rather tasteless pizzas. No herbs. The “skin on fries” are just very average thin chips for £3.50.

If you want your pizza delivered by 8.30pm then make sure you order before 6pm as you will be waiting over two hours minimum. Pizza also arrived burnt around the crust. Ordered ham and pineapple for a child and when it came it looked like a whole tin of pineapple had just been dumped on the pizza. Avoid this place. Nowhere near as good as Mama’s pizza which occupied the premises beforehand.

Bought 2 pizzas. Both burnt. Not impressed at all. To be fair the bits that weren't burnt where tasty.
