Lovely, friendly staff. Just the best eggs florentine (with salmon) I've ever tasted - gorgeous! Very good coffee too, in a nice quirky upstairs room.

Exceptional vegan breakfast, and the vegan pancakes were brilliant too. Really, really friendly service, good range of foods, excellent interior. Highly recommended

Not looking for anything in particular and simply walked in, the staff were lovely, the coffee was really nice not bitter as you sometimes get and the breakfast was top notch, I couldn’t fault the full English and I’m reliably in formed the French toast is “to die for” would happily recommend Bloom to anyone

I’m surprised this place isn’t rated much higher. Is faultless; great coffee, excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Good value too. No hesitation in recommending.

Wandering around Manchester in need of a hot chocolate on a cold day and stumbled upon Bloom Cafe. Greeted instantly at the door and taken to a very spacious seating area upstairs with our pick of tables. Opted for a big table near the back of the seating area having spotted the very welcome USB charging sockets right beside the table. This is actually a feature of many of the tables in the cafe which is very welcome when you spend the day wandering around and need to juice up your phone! Table service was a nice touch and a quick visit down to the cake cabinet at the foot of the stairs meant that we ordered a salted caramel brownie and bueno blondie with our hot chocolates. Indecisive as ever, we split these so we could have half each and both were gooey and moist, just how you want any good desert to be. Now let me say, hot chocolate is something we enjoy quite often and we're not exaggerating when saying that this was one of the very best we've ever had. Creamy, thick, delicious to the very last drop. Highly recommend! Having eyed up a delicious looking breakfast that another customer was enjoying we decided to revisit the next day to try one for ourselves and again were not disappointed. The breakfast is filling without being over the top; 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 egg, mushroom, beans, tomato and sourdough toast. It was cooked to perfection and really satisfied the hunger need before our journey home. One last note on the staff who were extremely friendly throughout our visit and made us very welcome. On our return visit we felt like regulars, such was the welcome we received and this made just as much of an impression on us as the delicious food. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite or something more substantial, you won't be disappointed!

Went for coffee here and I was surprised at how this gem had slipped my radar! The cakes were out of this world, the staff were attentive and nice and the coffee was top notch! My lemon meringue blonde hit the spot! What a delight! Will be coming here again without a doubt!

I've gone in twice now and all I can say is that the atmosphere, food, drinks and staff are all amazing! Chloe in particular was absolutely smashing and amazingly attentive. You have a new regular and honestly every penny spent there is worth it <3

Came in today for a quiet coffee and a snack, and received absolutely top quality service from Chloe! Food was fresh, coffee was beautiful, and service was second to none! I think I'll be making this place my pre-work coffee treat! An absolute delight!

I have been visiting this wonderful New and Exciting place since lockdown ended , The Staff are Amazing the coffee fabulous but Oh those cakes are everything and now you can sit inside the Oasis that they have created is wonderful (great for people watching). If you are lucky you may get to try the Lemon Meringue Loaf cake but be quick as it sells out fast!
