Pyszne jedzonko w miłej atmosferze. Byliśmy w dwie pary, jedliśmy pyszna ficaccie na przystawke, potem wyśmienitą golonkę dwoje z nas , a reszta wspaniałe zrazy wołowe. Wszystko piękne podane z surówkami i ziemniaczkami. Na deser przepyszny naleśnik.polecam. na pewno tam wrócimy.

You hear often of those off-the-beaten-track places looking inconspicuous and plain but that offer outstanding fare and excellent service. By the Way is just one such place. Located on the side street, just by the extensive car park, you could easily pass this little bistro unnoticed. But you’d be missing on fabulous culinary treats lovingly served by two friendly owners. They serve Polish cuisine with European kitchen influences. There is no set menu as such as the dishes are cooked depending on what is available on the day which just adds to the allure of the place. We had an imaginative Zapiekanka served for starters that was just lip-smacking. The usual Polish Pierogi were probably the best we have ever tasted. Goulash, for mains, was surprisingly rich and tender and the duck leg was just to die for. Add to that home-baked Polish cakes and we rolled out of the place full but totally satisfied. As the bistro has no licence you can bring your own wine to the place. Corkage applies. The place is tiny, 14 covers only. There is a table downstairs and a small room upstairs so booking is advisable.

After a few days of rather unspectacular Irish cuisine we were delighted to discover these two Polish chefs who visibly put their heart and soul in their small 3-table restaurant. We were explained the peculiarities of their astonishingly numerous fresh dishes and chose four different ones that were all most delicious.

We wanted fish. So on a friend's recommendation we duly went along. We choose Baked Hake. There is so such thing as fast food so our food preparation took 40 minutes. We were assured that all food would be prepared from scratch. This was exactly what we received. . The hake was so fresh the flesh was so white.. The fish was accompanied by either rice or potatoes with a choice of dill or cheese sauce.. Fresh salad. Plus on request some fresh broccoli and cauliflower. As a little treat we got some of their home made apple pie. This was delicious. Light with a warm hint of cinnamon.. Beautifully presented with some fresh red berries.. This is a must visit.. Be patient. Order in advance and be prepared to await a feast to remember... I will be back Thank you so much for your friendly and welcoming service

Found a hair in my food and was in utter shock and was like poo. The service was terrible. The food came 45 minutes late. The workers on the phone left me on hold for at least 7 minutes. Not happy. I’m not joking. There would be more atmosphere at a funeral. Overall, horrible experience.

Went in on Tuesday for 2 for 1 deal my food was disgusting had mold and flys coming out of the box. Asked for a manger and some fat mess came stomping over with her fingers down her dunnes stores wannabe flares. She came back over and waved her hand around the place the smell of fish coming from her fingers nearly made me be sick in her face
