You might have to wait for your food longer than any other takeaway in oundle but its worth the wait had chicken shish in nan and salad was best chicken I have ever had will be 100 % ordering again 😋

Very disappointed quality has deteriorated considerably since our last visit some 6 months plus ago more expensive and very poor base like chewing cardboard unfortunately never again. We have been loyal customers for years and always been excellent but not anymore

Dire - ordered and waited over two hours - no food arrived and impossible to raise anyone via the telephone.

Can’t fault the delivery guys at all, always go above and beyond, chefs must need more training in cooking or they need to cook food freshly ordered. My Grandmother ordered this evening had to bin it chicken was dry and rest of food was disgusting I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Very disappointed won’t be n Ordering again, not the first time I’ve had this issue with the place especially when I found a hair in my food!

We hired a hot tub and the people that delivers them said that the Barnwell grill was really good and explained how everything is made, we thought we’d try it out and they didn’t fail. Everyone found it delicious and much better than big places like Dominos! The food tasted so good and great for sharing! We plan to return!

I've eaten many kebabs in my life, working away as a sub contractor up and down the UK I can honestly no other kebab comes close barnwell are unique and second to none. Always fresh and the seasoning is 10/10 chips are fried beautifully, sauces are mouth grabbingly delicious, delivery drivers are polite and happy, my only complaint to barnwell pizza and grill is that they are sometimes closed for what ever reason (always when I'm craving it) then my whole night is ruined and I go to bed early and sulk. Thanks for delicious affordable fresh food

This has been the worst delivery so far , it has just arrived nearly two hours after ordering, I could have got a Chinese from Rushden myself and got back in less time, there needs to be some improvement on this.

Food is always great! Best gluten free pizza base I've ever had! Way better than the big chains gluten free bases. Makes me feel like I'm not missing out on having a real pizza! Cheesy chips are always bang on. Good portions, great food.

We had the mixed kebab, although they didn't have any lamb so they gave us extra doner meat. Very nice. Chilli tomato sauce is lovely. Chips were good, still crispy.

Special kebab was good, we got pitta instead of flat bread, there was no lamb on today so we got extra chicken and Doner, the bacon burger was good chill cheese bites were yummy, would order again it came within the hour I was told nice takeaway good job

Well what a mistake we decided to order a special mixed kebab Not sure what the special was it was dry over cooked and simple not fit for consuming by anyone Had to wait 1 hour and half for this poor offering Won’t be back again Silly business practice in these uncertain times

Fabulous. Used for first time ever today, sounded really busy on the phone but delivered to us bang on an hour from ordering. Went for the family deal, plenty for 4 adults. Definitely use again.

Very impressed with all the great food we had. Very tasty, home made and good size portions. All delivered still hot, honestly best takeaway in area and I tried them all. If you like calzone, this is the place! Would highly recommend.

The Pizza has been lower quality than what it was a month ago I’m not sure if that’s becouse of change of staff or ect and also the chicken goujons have been burnt for the 3 weeks I order here every week twice no fail best pizza place in years just thought I’d aware you hope you fix this 10/10

We were recommended this place by a family member, and during lockdown were desperate for a takeaway. I have to say this was the best takeaway kebab we have ever had. Not only was the meat succulent and tasty everything was very hot. There were no false promises when ordering, the lady was exceptionally pleasant and told us she didn’t l know how long it would be given the present circumstances. Our food arrived within 45 mins. Had a Barnwell Pizza and Grill for the first time on Thursday Evening food was excellant very hot on arrival only downside was the wait I understand they must be very busy at the moment but to order at 6pm and receive food at 7.50 is a bit too long. When phoned with order if the wait was going to be this long the lady on the phone should have said it was going to be that long await I know they can not give an exact time but a estimate would have been better then thinking we were never going to get anything.

I had stopped eating pizza about 3 years ago due to soggy, tasteless, miserable ones. Then we heard about Barnwell and found out they were the only takeaway that delivered to our area.... Clopton! And oh my word what a huge and delightful surprise, Barnwell pizza's are without a doubt the best pizza's around and probably the best I've ever had. And quite quickly became totally addicted to them! Then I tried the kebabs and again the best I've ever had! And I've also tried the burgers as above also great. The only thing my husband hasn't liked is the hunters burger. Apart from that everything else is lovely. And of course after trying all that the staff have got to know us quite well which is also a bonus. I am hoping that when I ring them tonight they are open, although in these terrible times, I'm thinking maybe not! Something to dream about though! Brilliant! Thanks.

Ordered for the first time yesterday evening Very friendly and helpful on phone. Fast delivery and food was piping hot when it arrived. The food was absolutely delicious and very generous portions. Would definitely recommend ordering from them.

Had a really excellent meal in a box with garlic bread, chips and a salad. Beautifully cooked, very prompt delivery and very tasty.

Barnwell are hands down the best take out in the area. Their food is amazingly fresh and delicious, it never disappoints. I truly recommend they be your number one choice for an evening bite. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great choice of food and they’re always willing to work with you on adjusting your meal (extra sauce etc). It’s clear that the owner takes great price in the sourcing of their produce and he has clearly made the right choices as it’s always delicious, regardless of the dish. If you’re looking for a quality takeout (for once!) then look no further. I personally recommend the chicken shish kebab and chips, add a little garlic mayo and HOMEMADE chili sauce and you’re good to go. Keep up the great work, Barnwell Pizza and Grill!

Typical dirty takeaway pizza. Chewy spongey base. On par with the cheap takeaways places like spot on and delicious but more money.

The two chefs at Barnwell pizza and grill are good friends of mine and are very good chefs. My partner and I order doner meat and salad and the meat is exceptional, better than any other doner meat that we've had in the Oundle area. Tastes like it does in Turkey, fresh and very flavoursome. I couldn't rate these chaps any higher, always impressed with the food they deliver and at a reasonable price too. Highly recommend this fast food takeaway to anyone that's in Barnwell or visiting.

Well I didn't expect that. A Kebab (Lamb shish and chicken) fresh salad and chips with a serving of Garlic sauce. For £11 and delivered to me in my Lorry. A meal that I can safely say I didn't want to see end. Give these guys a go.

Had a lazy Saturday night. One of us had a pizza...as least as good as dominos absolutely loaded with toppings and really hot. I had a huge shish kebab cooled really well...not at all greasy and the salad was fresh crispy and varied. Breaded mushrooms with a garlic dip were a huge surprise. One portion was more than enough for two. Hot crispy with a garlic dip. Well priced. Fast delivery. Very easy

We went to Italy last month and they have a lot to learn about tasty pizzas from this company. We always have their special pizza, changing sweet corn for jalapenos and also their doner meat one. We rang them back and told them how good their pizzas are. Glad we live in Barnwell !!

...we've ordered pizza twice from here. The first was perhaps 9 months ago, really delicious pizza and fully loaded. The last time was a few weeks ago - completely different, tasteless and with really skimpy toppings for the (not cheap) price. Shame, I thought we'd found a good local place. I can highly recommend the pizzas from Taste of Spice in Raunds, we've had them many times and they're the best around - also Spot On in Thrapston, not cheap but top quality.

Previously gave Barnwell grill a really positive review because even though a little more expensive than the competition the food was really fantastic. Very disappointed with recent offering: overcooked lamb cut into tiny pieces in kebabs, burgers bland and greasy, pizza choice more limited than previously. Based on this week's experience it isn't worth the extra cost, and they have started charging for delivery even on large orders. Such a shame; presumably a victim of their own success. To be fair: the salad was still delicious and crisp.

Several of us got together and decided to order a takeaway from Barnwell: a mix of pizzas, kebabs, salads and chips with drinks. Without exception all of us said the same thing: the quality was above a beyond what we are used to in this area: The pizzas taste like Italian street food: thin, not crispy, rolled slightly, with a rich sauce and a big choice of toppings. The kebabs were cooked well and served with really fresh salad: this cabbage hadn't been sitting in an open fridge for hours. The sauces are homemade: the tomato and chilli was delicious! Even the ubiquitous doner meat was full of flavour without being chewy, greasy or having knobbly bits in: a really good quality fast food meal. I would heartily recommend Barnwell. It was a last minute thing to order takeaway and we all enjoyed it so much!
