Ordered tonight using their app which we’ve used on prior occasions. App said order had been placed & received email to confirm order. Waited over an hour for food which didn’t arrive, when phoned I was told they’re not using app anymore. Poor service, surely something should’ve been set up to notify customers this so we didn’t waste 1 hour waiting for non existing food.

Hace muy poco ganó un cupón para este lugar y teléfono esta noche para hacer un pedido de una comida preparada para 4 personas. Le digo al chico por teléfono sobre el comprobante solo para que el gerente le indique que, dado que están bajo nueva administración, no aceptará el cupón. Solo se ganó el sábado con vencimiento el 30 de agosto de hoy. Después de mucho discutir de ida y vuelta, el gerente me llama "deshonesto" y no va a honrar a un vale. ¡Qué nervio absoluto del tipo! Él entonces toma su compinche para que me devuelva la llamada y me digan que me dejarán usarlo y han extendido la fecha. Hmm es que solo porque puse una crítica mordaz en su página FB? No es probable que mate, voy a la prensa.

Venimos aquí mucho y nunca hemos tenido una mala comida. El precio es excelente y tienen especiales en días laborables y el buffet del domingo.

No sé lo que sucedió, fue excelente en nuestras comidas anteriores, pero las 2 comidas que tuvimos fueron decepcionantes, por decir lo menos, lo único bueno fue que los popadums y la salsa, los bhajis de cebolla sabían ayer, el pan de ajo sin ajo no. Incluso olor a ajo, pollo korma como cartón sin sabor pollo madras caliente que me gusta pero no tenía sabor, las dos salsas eran delgadas. Realmente nos decepcionó que solo puede mejorar

Cosas de calidad, falta de un punto porque la soda estaba un poco algunas partes están planas, excelente servicio. Camarera era hablador y divertido!

I ordered a chicken vindaloo, a cheese and garlic naan, a portion of pilau rice and a portion of chips with a chicken tikka starter, I payed £23 for this, only to find the rice was missing from my order, what I got was a vindaloo that was as watery as soup with bits of chicken in it, a chesse and garlic naan with NO cheese on it and it the smallest looking naan I've ever seen even the portion of chips I got was like a half portion to what you would get elsewhere, pilau rice missing, the chicken tikka starter was nice, but to pay £23 for a watery spicy curry and about 20 chips and half a naan is absolutely ridiculous I couldn't believe it, I knew something was off as soon as I got the bag from delivery driver it felt abit light know I know why half portions and missing pilau rice. I did phone to complain and he said oh very sorry it won't happen again but I won't be ordering again anyways

Kittybrewster, Aberdeen 5 Clifton RoadLovely family run restaurant/ takeaway. Owners are very friendly and are more than willing to customise/accomodate. Chaats here are unbeatable! I've still not found a samaso chaat that comes close to Chak de India's.

5 Elmbank TerOrdered a Margherita pizza from the Deliveroo app under the name “Freaking Good Pizza” (was unaware that the takeaway actually called Royal Masala Tandoori). Pizza was described as being topped with fresh basil and fresh mozzarella, accompanied with a picture which also showed this to be the case. When it arrived, the pizza bore no resemblance whatsoever to the one I thought I had ordered, to the point where I genuinely believed I had been given the wrong meal. No fresh basil or mozzarella, crust was thick and unpleasantly doughy and the base was almost flavourless. I was also given a portion of chips, which I didn’t order. Literally false advertising, do not recommend.

23 Crown TerWell, maybe 3.75, if I were to be precise. The food is good - but, it's "Aberdeen good". So - nothing bad to say at all. It's just there are better places like this, and I'm not grading on the curve.
