I was recommended to try this restaurant, and I was not disappointed. Service excellent, food was tasty and delicious. Would definitely return and no hesitate to recommend to others.

Had a wonderful meal here this evening. Staff were attentive and despite not booking, they found us a table. Very relaxed vibes, nice view from the window seats and delicious food.

It was amazing. Incredible food and atmosphere. Staff were welcoming and friendly. LOVED the decoration and service was very fast.

We booked in advance. On arrival the place was clearly packed out, waiters running round like headless chickens already not a good look, but the head waiter said he would personally ensure we were seated quickly (even tho we had booked so our table should have been available!), and he promised to ensure our food would be good and come quickly too. We sat down and quickly ordered drinks; then our placemats and cutlery arrived - the mats were not 'placed', and the napkins containing our cutlery were literally dropped in front of us!. 3 further tables in our area of the restraunt were seated after us, recieving the same 'service' laying their tables also, with cutlery almost thrown down in front of people. We're now about 15 minutes in to being seated when our food order was taken. And that, everyone, is the last person we saw for another 45 minutes...no food, no offer of apology for any delay, did we want another drink etc....just nothing, and noone!!! We decided to leave as we had been in the place a whole hour and nothing - the tipping point was when one of the tables to be seated after us had their main meals served before our very eyes! Making our way to the exit the waiter who had taken our order 'chased' behind us asking where we were going. We explained the fact we had been sat for 45 minutes with no food or waiter interaction whatsoever and that people arriving after us had already got their food...we said we were not waiting any longer and wanted to leave please...his response "ok then", and with that he turned around and walked off leaving us stunned. The head waiter who made great promises was nowhere to be seen. The locals will tell you the same - tho the food may be good (if you get served any that is) the service is abominable; the staff are either invisible, rushed or rude. Go over the road to Bengal Dynasty - here you are welcomed warmly, not rushed, and above all treated well and served lovely food.

Really good food and nice staff. Nice to be able to share several small dishes between us. Tasty papadums with several condiments for starter was a plus.

Me and my partner had three vegetarian dishes to share between us and all three was very tasty. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The environment was good but a bit busy with noise of people coming and going.

We didn’t have a reservation but the lovely lady who greeted us said she would fit us in. So glad she did as the choice was fantastic and food was amazing. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Llandudno

Absolutely gorgeous food, fast polite service and lovely staff - we were served by sham. Perfect portions- not too big or too small. This is definitely my favourite Indian in Llandudno.

Good food and friendly service from our waiter, Maruf. We chose from the specialities and were not disappointed. In addition, I asked for raita - not on the menu - and Maruf gave us a choice of cucumber or onion raita!

Great Indian restaurant, fabulous food, lovely staff and fantastic atmosphere. Called on spec when visiting Venu Cymru, the restaurant was warm and clean and beautifully furnished. The food was fantastic, my husband said his peshwari naan was the best he's ever had and he loved the chicken tandoori jaipur I enjoyed the king prawn tandoori it was superb. Couldn't fault anything, really fab restaurant and we will be back.

We booked in to this Indian restaurant on a photography trip to Wales. You had to go upstairs to it but it was really worth it, the food was good Indian food and the waitresses that served us was very friendly with a big smile and nothing was a problem. Good Indian food…

Starters had no taste and were cold. Mains were just ok and the nan bread was small. Over compensated with the rice to compensate for the lack of meat. As per, completely overpriced and would not recommend. Pleased we didn’t eat in the restaurant, would have cost much more.

Service and food excellent. Go to Capello's for a quick beer before your meal. Walk 20m to the restaurant. Have a fab meal. Then walk another 20m to get a taxi back to your hotel. Doesn't get easier than that.

Checked out TripAdvisor good ratings. Large flight of stairs but there is a two part mobility stair lift for those who need it. Would have been better if curved around so just one. Staff were very friendly and professional. Decor was okay, needs tidying up in places, like where your store your goods plus the wait area. Food was lovely, and more than enough for the two of us. I had the lamb sagwalla, meat was lovely and well cooked.

The Mixed Starter was Look warm and not a lot taste, they where served Fairley quickly but We wouldn't of minded if they took longer if they tasted better, the sauce was very watery and tasteless. our two main meals had no flavour and very bland the garlic nan was nice but cold, and the chips and rice cold as well. After we had finished the meal we sat there with the plates in front of us for 35 minutes with no waiters in site, eventually I called a waiter across an he moved our plates then we sat for ten more minutes before he came back I asked him for an Irish coffee but in the mean while two couples got up and walked out because they had not been served infect no one had been to them for half an hour. when the waiter came with the coffee I told him customer had left he just wasn't bothered and walked off. If the management cant be bothered and the food is so bad you should shut up shop We will never go here again if you want a good meal go some where else

Had a great booth seat by one of the windows. The food was very good, very reasonably priced, service was quick and polite. The setting is nice and relaxed whilst also smart enough to be somewhere you'd go on a special occasion. I'd certainly go back!

I am always very fair with reviews and can honestly say that the curry we had was awful. The mixed starter had some flavours to it but was served lukewarm. I mentioned this to the waiter and he jut said it's because they are busy! I'm sorry but that's not a good enough excuse. The mains were warmer but tasteless, the jalfrezi was listed as very hot, I have had hotter korma....one rice missing and when questioned an apology was offered.....after nearly finishing the our meal the rice was still missing so I said don't bother, keema naan again lukewarm and hardly any keema. We asked for a second bottle of wine which never appeared and to top it all off the elderly waiter was setting different tables up and bashing and banging the cutlery down on the tables....thanks but no thanks!

We didn’t book a table but they fitted us in on a Friday night.. the atmosphere was lovely and the staff was so Friendly. The service was wonderful and quick. When the food came, it was lovely and very tasty. It was just such a lovely place and experience. Highly recommend.

Gloopy curry served microwave hot. Naan bread clearly not cooked in a tandoor - my partners was glued to the plate. The owner tried to take control of our phones to give a 5 star review before we had even ordered! Not happy.
