ASDA Cafe in Glasgow City

The delivery guy had the pizza boxes upright in his bag & not as flat the way he should have had them, both pizzas had slid into one end of the box due to it being upright, both pizzas were all scrunched up together, cheese had all fallen etc

Ordered for an event at 10:30 am to be delivered at 5pm and still arrived the best part of an hour late.

No chicken, half pizza was dough, full of tomatoes no cheese and no toppings - used to be good but that pizza after 1 slice was a right off, no chicken spice and it was basically a 8inch pizza in a 14 inch pizza

Food good but the delivery was over a hour from when it says on way. Clearly doing a few deliveries. Food ended up cold.

Full fry up, without having to cook anything - magic.

Driver never even had the right order and wasn’t even aware the address wasn’t the same. I would like to say great customer service from Asda who sorted it out and it was not them at fault thanks guys . Just eat you need to sort out your drivers

Pizza was too greasy to eat, way too much cheese on it & the box was soaking with grease too

Very disappointing with the pizza it was just too greasy my boys didn’t enjoy it or even eat it sad such a waste of food

ordered a pizza meal which includes pizza, 4 sides and a drink.. I had a drink and 1 side in a bag delivered to me.. absolutely awful service, dunno how you can forget to give 90% of the order to the driver

wrong pizza was sent no attempt to call to see what to change it to they sent something no one would eat

Lovely veggie pizza, lovely sides. great value. Good delivery time too.

The order was 30 minutes late, the driver drove away from our location twice and then when arrived we saw there were dogs in the car over the food.

Pizza meal deal excellent value as always, only criticism was food could have been a bit hotter.

Pizza want cooked properly all the extras were cold - really disappointed

We have been given 2 kids chicken nuggets and chips that's we did not order, I just want someone to be aware that someone else is missing the chips and nuggets

Pizza meal deal excellent value and really tasty. Only minus was chicken nuggets just warm, everything else piping hot.

Roll and sausages were lovely but the scone left a lot to be desired. I work in a bakers and can tell you the scone wasn't fresh. It was hard and crumbled away to nothing when I tried to slice it. Scones are usually lovely thoug.

the food was so disappointing today chicken nuggets weren't edible. they looked like they had been sitting on a hotplate all day an were freezing. the kids actually cried when we plated it up. the pizza was mediocre. worst food they have ever sent us. wont be ordering again.

Coffee order was wrong! But delivery was fast.
