Food is that bad I wouldn’t give it to a starving African child

My wife is allergic to onion. She ordered 2 kebabs both with no onion, mine with red cabbage and chilli ( which she don't like either ) But hers came with some onion, she phoned to explain that's she's allergic to onion ( which she told them when she ordered ) but the guy was adamant he put no onion in hers, and the customer service she received was TERRIBLE. An he didn't offer a replacement, so my wife said we would have the money back, the delivery driver was even instructed to check before she collected it.. WE WOULDNT RING TO COMPLAIN IF WE DIDNT NEED TO..... I'm advising EVERYONE steer clear of these HORRIBLE PEOPLE. The delivery driver was nice tho.

Gorgeous kebab but not for 10 quid when was picked up, if was delivery fine but nah.. ripped off

I placed an order here on Friday 5/8/2022 via just eat to the tune of £18. And a few pence, no food arrived. I rang Anatolia and a man said driver will deliver food this was at 9.45, I placed my order around 6.30. No food arrived. So please be careful ordering food from here I spent 18 pounds for nothing. It makes me sad that they basically ripped me off, for eighteen pounds . I will never order from here again . Anatolia never phone to apologise or offer my money back for food I never recieved. Absolutely disgraceful service. Shame on all the staff that work there.

Food is nice, but the share boxes has gone downhill, it used to feed my family of 4, but my last 2 visits wasn't as good, 1st of the 2 recent visits, there was hardly any kebab and only enough for 2 people and it usually fed the 4 of us and I expected it to still feed the 4 of us being as the price increased by £3, then the 2nd visit, there was a bit more kebab (still not what it used to be) but then hardly any chips! For £18 I may as well had got 2 large kebabs and a separate chips and I'd have had way more for my money

Food always piping hot, my son will only eat their pizza as he has just base and sauce nothing else, staff very friendly and always willing to accommodate with any order.

Every time we order.. whether it's by phone or online.. my order is always wrong or something missing! Always ask for no cheese on the burger meal but it always comes with cheese! When I phone back to tell them the order is wrong they ask if I can just have it with cheese... NO I CANT... ALERGIC TO FAKE CHEESE!! I wouldn't ask for no cheese if I could have it!! I don't think there is any communication between staff and they dont read the notes when ordering online!! Time to find another take away that actually sends what you ask for.

Dont even desrve 1 star for a start theres more Greece on my kebab than in my chip pan got my order totaly wrong and when phoned there attitude was appalling

*DONT ORDER* I ordered from there and it was drippig in grease,chips were cold and forgot my dips... man or the door was full of attitude and the man on the phone. So I called up ask what was going on and the man shouted "don't like my food don't order again" that £23.50 of my money gone to wast. Not nice people and not nice service!

ordered food from there and is was terrible! food was soaked in grease and forgot all our dips, when i called them up they had a stinking attitude of "thats how we cook our food, dont like it dont order again" £35.50 gone down the drain. not friendly at all as we had the delivery man shout at us on the door because the man on the phone told us the wrong price.

10/10 since they got the new pizza oven evenly baked goodness and better than competitors

phoned and placed and order, was called back within a few minutes and told that i had been £3 undercharged and had to pay this extra to the driver when the food arrived. when the food actually did arrive 2 of the meals were completely wrong and the other was cold, phoned and informed the shop and was told that the correct meals would be sent BUT another £3 would be added AGAIN!! when the driver arrived only the two meals had been resent and chips for the one that went cold :/ definatley will not be ordering from here again!! not good service at all waste of money for complete and utter muck!! get together for 4 friends was completely utterly spoilt by this when we all wanted to eat together we couldnt because we had to wait for correct meals to be sent!!

Abso disgusting I ordered 3 medium kababs meat way to thick and tastes as if u sprayed arifreshener in your mouth I'd never order from here again 😷🤒

I have ordered 2x large shish kebab for collection. As I got home and found that they gave me Doner Kebab instead. I don't eat Doner Kebab! Called to inform them and I was told, "I don't speak and understand English" for ordering it incorrectly. I was also told that I cannot return the food because he already cooked it. Doner Kebab had been cooking outside for god knows how many days, hence one of the reasons I don't eat them. All he did was sliced them and put them in the dish! It looked and tasted disgusting! Zero standard in customer service, I couldn't imagine their safety and food hygiene ratings, probably way below standard too. Never get close to this place again, let alone eat their food!

The lads are always pleasant and genuinely make you feel like you're welcome. Food is fantastic as well. Highly recommended.

Worst place I've ever ordered from.. cold food completely the wrong order, refused to give us what we wanted for and found FOUR long dark hairs in the kebab meat
