It's an independent business so I always like to support if I can, popped in with my mom for a quick lunch, had a pot of tea to share and two sandwiches, my tuna/cheese melt was fine very tasty, my mom did specify white bread however brown bread came out, we didn't complain, £13 the bill, friendly enough service, would recommend if you're out and about in Wolvo centre.

First visit, the toasted tea cake was nice, as was my wife’s black Americano, my Darjeeling tea was perfectly served, think we may come back, nicer than M&S Cafe!

Always a pleasure! The food is high-quality, and staff sweet. The coffee is really good. Any time I'm in Wolves I drop in here. The service isn't super speedy because everything's made with care. Set aside a good hour, sit back, relax.

A friend and I went for breakfast. I had the egg and avocado on toast and she had the mushrooms on toast. Portions were a good size and high quality. A range of hot drinks with a range of non-dairy milks too. We had a good, polite service. The only thing stopping a five star is the coffee wasn’t totally our favourite in Wolverhampton however the food more than made up for that and I really wouldn’t let that put you off. The menu was varied and we noted there was plenty of options beyond breakfast and they also sell alcohol. Well worth a visit, especially if you are looking for ways to support local businesses in Wolverhampton.

Visited this quaint little tea shop for a morning coffee with my mother. Lovely interior, delicious good quality coffee and impeccable service. Both male and female servers were friendly and welcoming. Our waiter was smartly stressed and was so well trained he could wait on the queen. Silver spoon service for such a modest and humble café. Our new favourite nook in Wolverhampton.

Came home for pre selected afternoon tea a friend. Absolutely delicious selection of cakes, sandwich buns and miniature chocolates. Interior is cosy and bright, service was excellent, friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be going back, highly recommended.

Came here for lunch today, had a sandwich and a slice of cake. The bread for the sandwich was beautiful and fresh and the bacon was in abundance. Very nice slice of cake, just wish it was slightly larger, still lovely though.

I have now been to Alice's Tearoom a few times and I love the quality of the food and the ambiance. It is my favourite lunch place in Wolverhampton.

The afternoon tea was delicious. One of the ladies who work there, told me it would be huge, and it was ! £20 for two people; great price. There was an option for loose tea, that was refilled when asked I definitely recommend the afternoon tea, as well as a visit for a cream tea or lunch. As it was Christmas, they also added a few table decoration, what a lovely touch. The gentleman working was very polite too.

Lovely little gem of a coffee shop. Old fashioned waiter service was a welcome change. Food was freshly prepared, nothing too complicated on the menu, very tasty and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately it's only small but that does add to a nice friendly atmosphere.

Alice's is very much along the lines of an old-fashioned English tea room, the food itself is up to date with a wide selection of dishes that may be had as salads, paninis, wraps etc. There are also baked potatoes, specials, cakes, coffee and a wide variety of loose leaf teas. Generous portion sizes. I have been there many times and will be there many times more.

What a gem in the centre of Wolverhampton! Clean and light, with the lowest of background music (Glen Miller) we had a warm welcome, and our lunch snack was very tasty - a toastie filled with chicken, bacon and cheese, with side salad a crisps. All washed down with a good hot cuppa! Just the job after a morning of shopping on a rainy cold Autumn day. We will definitely return!

I have now visited Alice's twice for a mid-morning coffee and toast and will definitely be returning. The exterior looks very fresh and contemporary whilst inside is clean and light. The food and service have been excellent both times. I'm now looking forward to trying some of the lunch options. This is definitely a welcome addition to Wolverhampton centre.

I popped in for a ham and cheese toastie and a coffee. The toastie came with a side salad. Service was charming and prompt- when I ordered I told them to get a move on because I only had twenty minutes left on my parking ticket. The toastie was good quality and the double expresso was perfect. Well under a fiver!

We managed to grab a spot today for a business breakfast and were blown away by the friendly staff, the overall ambience of the room and the wonderful food. 2 Bacon sandwiches, 2 pots of tea for £8.50 in the most amazing wood panelled room. We cannot thank the staff enough for fitting us in even though it was a little bit last minute. Best of all it was an Easter themed day and there was home made chocolate bars and huge decorated cookies all made by young team of sixth form students who were staffing the event. My only issue is I can only give 5 stars. Thank you all for looking after us so well.
