As we are in lockdown seen this restaurant was doing take away Sunday dinner never usually have take aways but couldn't be bothered to cook so ordered for me and husband and wasn't disappointed plenty of it good selection of veg large Yorkshire good amount of roast beef. And of cause helping a local business during these terrible times

Fantastic food!. staff are polite and friendly nothing is too much trouble. We have visited a few times now and never had a bad meal. Our family also agree with us in this. The restaurant itself is very modern Italian look and feel about it, it’s a pleasure to absorb the surroundings while enjoining the evening out with friends and family. I would definitely recommend it’s a little gem just outside the town centre

Really nice meal tonight. Guy serving us was so polite and friendly. Not many in which to be honest I preferred. I had surf and turf and hubby had a steak plus alcoholic drink each. Under £35. Great value. We've booked again for next week . Need to support local business in this tough time

Called in for lunch and the cheap eats deal was on. Large plate of piping hot pasta for £2. Very tasty. Staff were very good. Only gripe was that the restaurant opens for the week on a Wed and consequently the heating has been off since the weekend. Had to keep my coat on. Would have been much better if the heating was timed to come on early and take the chill off the place.

3rd visit here and well worth the 20min drive .. Food is piping hot (which I love) and perfectly cooked.. Waiting staff are amazing and on point plates taken away quickly drinks re filled when needed.. Food came out really quickly starters under 10 mins and mains followed with just the right time gap.. Half portion of pasta for a starter option is great not many places still offer this.. Everything we had was gorgeous from the perfectly cooked pasta starters to the garlic bread.. Recommendations the spicy beef risotto and the steak stroganoff.. On each visit this place hasn't been very busy and I can't understand why please give this restaurant a visit you won't be disappointed..

2nd time here ( former Sardis location ). Impressed yet again. Our visit today was for a Sunday dinner. At £8.95 for an adult portion this is brilliant value. Had the tomato soup and potato skins for starters. Both arrived quickly and were very tasty. Shortly after we received our beef dinners and our daughter (6) got her pizza from the kids menu ( quite a large pizza! ). The beef was honestly amazing. A mound of veg ( mash, parsnips, carrots, swede, peas ) topped with beef, which in turn was topped with a huge Yorkshire pudding and plenty of thick gravy. The food was gorgeous! The bill for 2 adult roasts and a kids menu deal, came to £30. This included a cola and an Italian beer. Service was friendly and speedy. The interior of the restaurant was lovely too. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Lovely family meal, well presented. Very reasonable prices. Desserts a delight. Only downside was the slight whiff from the downstairs toilets. We will be returning.

Second visit here, both times the foods all been great. Fresh cooked pasta and pizza, steaks are lovely. Decor is lovely, restaurant is very clean. Prices are very cheap! Will be returning again soon.

Visited tonight 3 course special only 12.95 bbq chicken wings to start followed by steak in Diane sauce which was cooked to perfection! Finished my meal with a filter coffee instead of ice cream option. The restaurant is lovely and staff are very friendly 10/10

Lovely surroundings.very clean and tidy.the staff were friendly.the food was excellent we had starters and main course.we can not praise Allegria enough one of the best restaurants we have been to.if you want excellent food and comfortable surroundings then give them a try.

Called for food before visiting the cinema. Absolutely beautiful Pizza, best ive ever tasted. Girlfriend had risotto, also very nice although a touch salty. Staff friendly and courteous. surroundings bright and clean, Will be coming back, Oh also prices very reasonable.

Thursday early evening meal. A long awaited visit since new ownership! On arrival we were shown to our table, given a little time to decide on drinks, the two girls working weren’t over enthusiastic! We ordered garlic mushrooms which were really nice and done perfect! We thought we were in for a amazing main course!! My wife got a pizza which was nothing to write home about with very minimal topping! I ordered chicken bordolese with onions mushrooms and rosemary in red wine Demi glaze sauce.. ( Mmmm I thought) when it arrived it was smothered in sauce... when tased it was literally Bisto! gravy .. My words were like eating Sunday lunch.. very disappointed... and £3 extra!! We also paid £2 extra for the sweet of the day which was white profiteroles and cream! One of the waitresses got them out of the fridge near us and carried them behind the bar and proceeded to knock up our sweet of the day!!! Didn’t look very professional in my opinion! Would have been better coming from the kitchen.. so all in all we were disappointed with the quality and service. The new decoration internally is great just sorry the food was yon the same level...

Most delicious Sunday Lunch; hot, tasty and plentiful. Beautiful surroundings, friendly hardworking staff. Will definitely go again.

Party of 11 on Saturday and my wife and me for lunch on Friday. Great food reasonably priced. Black Pudding in peppercorn sauce was beautiful. Lunchtime starter garlic mushrooms, it was almost as big as a main course. We will back soon.
