Good tasty food as good as having it in the restaurant

I am very disappointed ☹️ your soup 🥣 there is no meat 🥩 ony water and no souse too plain soup 🥣

Only half the order was delivered, the driver did not ring the bell to confirm delivery code at all. He had called me instead but since my phone was not with me, I missed the code. So instead of ringing the door, he had just left HALF the order outside…I want justice and my money back for the missing items!! Not ordering through justeat ever again!

The order never arrived, verry disappointing. I was told the driver tried to get in touch which wasn't true. Very poor service.

I paid nearly £25 for a large kofta wrap and a portion of chips on just eat and it was so disappointing. Firstly opening up the wrap it was a single kofte. Secondly the chips did not arrive, so I called the restaurant and they said next time I come into the restaurant they will give free chips or order again online they will include. This is not the point or principle. I was working all day and was looking forward to my food, instead I got no chips and a really skinny wrap that was rushed and not fulfilled to what they state. Therefore I can't recommend or even order here again. But most importantly I have lost out.

Never again, i ordered a large kofte kebab and it was smaller than expected also my chips didnt arrive. So I called the restaurant and they said when I go into the restaurant next or order onlibecthey will add. Lame excuse.

Halep kebap was too salty and the mince was smelling. I didn’t like the taste. Service and people who work there are nice.

Great service from when you enter. And the food is excellent. Quality is great and the shish has large pieces and cooked perfectly. Salad and bread and dips are a great bonus to a lovely meal. Also some discount for January. Keep up the good work. Would recommend!

Delicious Turkish Food! The bread was very fresh and warm, all the other sides were fab too! It is a bit pricey but I suppose they all are nowadays… Only complaint is the all the mains didn’t arrive at the same time.

Berkay and salih are very helpful and friendly because of their service. Also , I would recommend anybody to eat here in this restaurant because of the quality of food and the test. I swear they deserve worth tips because of their working.

The Lamb Beyti tasted like its been hanging around for a few days - not fresh

It's almost all good with Aksular in Palmers green. One point in favour is the quality of food, and the quantity is good too; the point against I am afraid is the price gone up again and way too much for me.

First of all, the food and service were very good. Cihan took very good care of us. However, the restaurant was very cold and we could not enjoy the food we ate and had to get up and leave as soon as possible.

Everythink fresh and delicous l like somuch

That wasn't chicken stew, it was mushroom stew. There were hardly any chicken pieces in it. I bet the left over chicken stew was mixed with some veggies to quantify the meal. Shame on you!!

Went there for their lunch menu and it was really great food and good value

Aksular has been offering quality Turkish food for more than a decade and I was happy to see that they still do on my last visit. They redecorated the space really nicely, the service is still top notch and there's an affordable car park at the back of the premises. Prices are not as affordable as they used to be but they are ok for London.

Nice place. The staff needs a bit of training. The food is alright.

Food is alright. Same as it always has been. Service was pretty poor. Had to ask so many times for drinks. Staff didn't know Turkish drinks or names for food. However the prices have gone up a ridiculous amount. It's about £30ph for a main and soft drink. This is the same as some top restaurants in London, but this is a no thrills Turkish. Used to come here so often for it's cheap cheerful prices and good food.

The atmosphere was very nice, especially the service was great, my family and I were very pleased with Cihan's services, the food she recommended was great, I think I will come again.

I tried the findik lahmacun and it was very dissapointing. The filling seemed like it just had peppers, I could taste no meat. It was very salty, cold and just didn’t taste right.I really wouldn’t recommend ordering this unless they change the recipe. The service and atmosphere was good.

Came here as I have been to other branches and had great experiences however this branch was a let down. Lamb donner was really hard, overcooked, service slow considering we was one of three other tables that night, however the waitress was nice and did her best. I ordered a kunefe to take away and came home to find no syrup or ice-cream /kaymac even though I asked the waiter if it was in the box and he said yes! so I couldn't Enjoy it. It was also burnt on the underside.

A great looking restaurant. The service was excellent. I can't say the same for the food! The cold meze starter was the most bland selection I have ever tasted. Two of us had the chicken shish wraps, very acceptable. I had the lamb donner wrap, unfortunately it gave me a huge reminder of the evening 5 hours later.

Great restaurant, really good food. Only complaint is the noise—it's like dining in the middle of a rock concert inside a blender. The food? Absolutely delicious. Each bite feels like a warm hug from a Turkish grandma. Pro tip: Bring earplugs. Or better yet, a megaphone, so you can actually hear your date say, "This kebab is amazing!" In summary, Aksular is perfect for anyone who loves great food and has always wanted to experience what it's like to eat inside a nightclub during peak hours. Bon appétit!

First time visiting since it has been refurbished. Good: The food is always good, the ambience has been really upscaled in looks and feel, service is always on point and the girls/guys are always around to cater to the customers needs. We went there for a boys night out and it's a gr8 place to start. It was 5 of us, all able meat eaters and we got 1 big platter described for 4. We 🤔 maybe we need more but we realized soon there's a lot on that plate and we really had plenty to dig in. There parking up fron, side roads and at morrison or mcdonald grounds at 3min walk. Free or pay by phone depending the day and time Easy access via train 3 min walk bus service 329, w6, 121. Underground from wood green or southgate then 10 min on the bus. Negative: The bar next to it have some ... Unreasonable and pretty fisty clientel you don't want to argue with or gor parking.

Love the food , unfortunately the experience of eating there was ruined The staff wouldnt leave us alone and pestered us throughout our whole meal ,it was really annoying and made us feel uncomfortable ! also a really evil obviously racist Turkish woman actually turned her chair to face us and stared at us because my daughter in law is black and my grandson mixed race …my son had to move him and was understandably very upset !!!! fine for a take away but id never sit and eat in there again !!!!!

Top quality mixed shish (Adana and chicken) with rice. Good portions for take away and proper filling. Even gave a Turkish Tea on the house whilst we waited for our food

When it is right, it's right. We have used this restaurant for eat in and takeaway for nearly 20-years now and were so devastated when it shut due to the fire. But now it is back with a vengeance and still under the same ownership which means the food is reliably brilliant and the costs, reasonable. We ate in the newly furnished, stylish restaurant, a table for 4-people and received amazing, swift service. The food was outstanding and plentiful. So much so that we took home half of it and finished off the next day - still lovely. Well done Aksular, it is like seeing an old friend again. We will certainly be back.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your restaurant after making a reservation a day in advance and eagerly anticipating my first visit. Unfortunately, the demeanor of your staff significantly marred what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. Despite inviting friends for a gathering, we encountered unwelcoming attitudes from certain employees, which detracted from our enjoyment. Additionally, there were noticeable discrepancies in service, such as the premature delivery of our tea order and reluctance to accommodate a second round without extra charge. As patrons, we expect respectful and attentive service, regardless of nationality or arrival time. Regrettably, these expectations were not met.Furthermore, I must emphasize that the quality of service and hospitality at your restaurant was notably inferior compared to other Turkish restaurants I have visited. Sadly, the staff exhibited clear signs of discrimination, which is utterly unacceptable. I have never encountered such blatant bigotry in any dining establishment before.When a restaurant fails to treat its guests with basic respect, it speaks volumes about its values and professionalism. Therefore, I cannot in good conscience recommend your establishment to anyone, nor will I ever patronize it again.

I booked this restaurant for a celebration meal about 4 weeks in advance for 20 people and paid a deposit of £50. On the day, more family and friends wanted to come, so we need about 6 more seats (basically an additional table) which was provided. The food and service was sensational and the staff even helped me present the flowers and card too. The atmosphere and general ambience is amazing and I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Great Turkish food place. We ordered Aksulsr extra 95 pounds which supposed to be for 3-4 people! It was lots of nicely grilled chicken, lamb It’s enough to 5-6 people The serve yogurt salad, mixed salad fresh bread and hummus as complimentary Will definitely go back Forgot to mention it’s Halal

Great value for money and really decent food too very knowledgeable staff helping you to choose and very polite go there and you won't be disappointed,have just re visited after three years as they had a fire that burnt the place down. But with the excellent refurbishment of the place its better than before with great decor and a better menu and great service and value for money.

Reopened after long closure. The food is varied with something for everyone. The meat kebabs are bland. They have a lunch time set menu which is good value. The chefs cooking is hit and miss.

Quite disappointed with our order from this restaurant. We have seen the place from the outside many times which looked super nice. The food we ordered was expensive, and of average quality. We ordered a mix Shish, which from the price you would think it was suitable to share, but no, just enough for 1 person. Barely any rice. The dips were ok, but really nothing special. And the hot mezze starter food was really not worth the price. I wouldn’t eat here again anytime soon.

So glad to have them back after the unfortunate fire! They've always had excellent food and service, however they've come back better than before. The new look of the restaurant is also very nice.

So visited this place very recently, having been here ample times pre fire days , can say the prices have nearly doubled. And to top it up your slammed with service charge .quality of food is ok , no more freebees, which this place was renowned for. Overall, will be sticking to takeaways once in a while, as they made dinning in very expensive for a cafe style restaurant.
