We had a lovely afternoon tea in this hotel. Comfortable seating and spacious surroundings made for a very pleasant experience. The staff members were very pleasant and welcoming. The food was delicious, especially the sandwiches which were well filled. There was a good variety of savoury and sweet and it was thoroughly enjoyed.

I have had many afternoon teas in hotels in Belfast including other Hastings hotels and unfortunately our visit was highly disappointing. We were seated in the main hall entrance close to the front door which wasn’t a pleasant ambient atmosphere. Upon being seated we asked for a menu and the server stated that the food was already pre made. I asked for coffee which was extremely weak and didn’t taste like coffee. The sandwiches were stale which would reflect what the server said being made before we arrived. Soup and buns were not what was listed on the online menu. We were there for approximately 1.5 hours and not once did one member of staff approach to ask if everything was ok or for a hot water refill etc. Upon settling the bill again it wasn’t asked if everything was ok. While the staff were pleasant there was a basic lack of customer sevice. I was seriously let down by the over standard of the Stormont hotel especially when this was a Monday afternoon and didn’t appear to be busy. I sent an email via their website to highlight the issues and they couldn’t even be bothered to respond.

Acabo de tomar una pinta de Heineken en mi camino a casa desde el trabajo, y la cerveza era excelente, pero la música que se reproducía desde uno de los teléfonos móviles del personal estaba llena de anuncios de YouTube, ¿merecía ese dinero pagando una pinta en un pub con licencia? ?

24-32 Boucher PlI’m a Costa regular and everytime in the last 2 months I’ve went in to to get a coffee either the coffee machine has been broken or the whipped machine has also been broken I work near the Boucher road store so it’s handy but I definitely won’t be back as it’s ridiculous opening a coffee shop that can’t serve coffee majority of the time and the customer service isn’t the best most off the times either. this is really frustrating as any other Costa I go to is well organised and very friendly

A1, Fountain Centre, College StreetDespués de visitar Caffe Nero en la avenida Botanic, Belfast esta noche 26 / 10 / 24... Nunca cruzaremos su puerta de nuevo, eso es seguro. ¡Qué lugar tan sucio! Finalmente nos atendió un miembro del personal mientras que la otra no podía levantar su cara de su teléfono. Finalmente logramos conseguir una mesa que estaba despejada aunque todavía sucia en lo que era más o menos un café vacío. Alrededor de la mayoría de las mesas y sillas sin despejar el piso estaba sucio, con comida y servilletas sucias, etc. Mi esposa decidió ir al baño solo para lavarse las manos cuando terminamos y casi vomitó de asco por lo que vio de su inodoro. No podíamos creerlo cuando salimos del local y vimos la pegatina verde de clasificación de cinco estrellas pegada en la ventana... ¿Quién en su sano juicio emitiría esto, vergüenza en usted Belfast oficina de alimentos e higiene. ¡Absolutamente asqueroso!
