Delicious pasta arrived piping hot and was a good portion too. Vegetable al dente and just right. Quick service.

Went to 109 for brunch and had a lovely time. The Green breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended. Service was excellent and staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We had a toddler with us and although they don’t have a children’s menu, staff went out of their way to adapt the menu to serve a mini breakfast, fresh juice and fruit. Perfect!

Superb breakfast, went on a Sunday morning for a breakfast, found the place very clean all COVID procedures in place. We were greeted and seated immediately by the waitress who then brought us a pitcher of water and took our order and when the food arrived it was absolutely delicious. When we finished,our plates were taken away and we just sat there with a pot of tea enjoying the ambiance of the place until we were ready to go. We paid the bill which I thought was reasonable for the quality of food we had and said our goodbyes to the staff. All in all we will be returning to try the evening menu.

Thanks for such a lovely evening on Saturday, the free bottle of wine was such a lovely touch. Food was delicious, especially the hake and chicken. Presentation was amazing too and we'll definitely be back to keep supporting you guys!!

El servicio de Millie & Becca fue excelente, no podrían haber estado más atentos. La comida era deliciosa y muy creativa. Algunos de los platos que probamos fueron el queso de cabra y el higo quemado y el cauli tempura, ambos excelentes. No podría recomendar este lugar lo suficiente y sin duda volveremos.

I popped by to try the new lunch menu last week and would highly recommend!! The food is fresh, hot and delicious. Plus loads of healthy/vegan options too. Service was amazing and all covid safe. Will be back in a heartbeat!

Had an amazing night with my dad and boyfriend for Christmas Dinner.Table next to us was about 15 people who seemed to work together, one awfully drunk loud scally woman. But the staff were very attentive and apologised for her noise, I felt so bad for them!Great food and staff, definitely will be back.

Una volta di più Trip Advisor ci ha dato un buon consiglio. L'Allerton si trova lungo l'omonima via, a poche centinaia di metri dalla mitica Penny Lane. Il locale è piccolo, intimo, arredato il modo semplice ma con gusto. Il servizio è molto attento e cordiale. Abbiamo gustato il menù natalizio, con prevalenza vegetariana e siamo usciti soddisfatti. Direi che merita la posizione di assoluto rilievo tra i ristoranti di Liverpool.

The stuff was charming and the atmosphere was nice (also music was a bit depressing). The meals were well-cooked and of reasonable size but kind of boring (e.g. I was expecting more from the turkey). The prices are a bit above the average. Nice for a dinner but not memorizing.

First time here. Was looking for a good Full English. On entering restaurant was nice and clean and quite full so expected really good food. Hubby ordered the Eggs and Hollandaise and I wanted the brekki. His was good plenty on plate. But mine was very poor. One of everything and piece toast across middle of plate to make it look more. It was a snack. And prices not cheap. Drinks good. But sorry will not be visiting again. Very disappointed!!

Me and my family went to 109 Allerton on Sunday 17/11/19 this is my second visit and I-enjoyed it even more this time. When we arrived I was greeted by Phil who looked smart and presentable he escorted us to our table with menus and the drinks menu. He couldn’t have been more helpful. I ordered a drink that was different to the described menu and he took the order with no problem or questioning. The the two young waitressing were attentive and on point with their timekeeping as well as quality. I didn’t get the names of the girls. Whilst I was in full view of the kitchen and I was watching the Chef. He was full of concentration. Which obviously worked as my food was very hot and delicious. I will definitely be visiting again and hopefully very soon!

I recently visited 109 Allerton along with 20 friends and I can't recommend this establishment enough. The food was out of this world and considering the size of our party, all of our dishes were served at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We booked here for my parents wedding anniversary. The food was sensational. I had the crab cakes to start, followed by the pasta with chicken. Both dishes were delicious.

We had a table booked on Sunday for 15 people, we can be a loud bunch but felt really welcome and nothing was too much trouble, the food was amazing and so was the service!! We would all return again - i had the lamb shank which melted in your mouth!!! 5 stars all the way

I visited this lovely restaurant last week with a friend. It had been highly recommended to me by some friends from Liverpool due to its tasty but healthy menu.

Had a great breakfast again at 109. Really enjoyed it - Doug and Ryan did a great job in the kitchen. Front of house really attentive and well managed by Phil and the team. Good value for money.

We came for here lunch and wasn’t disappointed Flore greeted us in her usual friendly way she is always attentive and genuinely likes to know how your doing.We ordered coffee and food would recommend the chicken flat bread very tasty and filling Ryan the chef always delivers on taste and presentation! Would highly recommend everyone visit at least once but it won’t be once you’ll keep coming back for more!! Well done 109 Allerton keep up the good work!!!

Headed to 109 on a recommendation and was not disappointed. Locally sourced food all cooked fresh and presented as healthy options. Restaurant was relaxed but staff were professional and served what appeared to be a full house with speed.

The service we received from Cora was exceptional. She was extremely helpful, very attentive and provided a quick service. The food was delicious and we will defiantly be returning.

We came here for my wife's Birthday meal. Lovely cosy restaurant. Food was fabulous. My wife had the mussels then steak. I had the soup then pasta meatballs. Both were fresh, served to perfection and delicious. Staff Lori & Izzy were brilliant, very friendly and attentive. It was also great that they had the craft beer from Love Lane.

Having visited 109 on numerous occasions, they continue to impress me. From the decor, to the staff and their ever improving menu.

The design of the outside alone makes you want to see the menu... the inside reminds me of LA which was amazing... the food options change daily and by time which is crazy but if it works it work... the song choices are perfect and so relaxing... NOW to the best part! THE FOOD! Clean eating, full of flavour and not covered in grease! WINNER! The kind waitress let me have a super bowl thingy which wasnt meant to be served till 12... but thats why its a great place to go for a clean breakfast! 109 ALLERTON! See you soon!

We chose 109 Allerton earlier this week to have a leaving meal for our friends who are going to Australia. I’m so glad we did! Being a cook myself I can be admittedly fussy over where I eat but I can honestly say this place is up there with one of the best I’ve been to. The restaurant itself & the staff were just lovely. For my meal I had mussels in Thai broth to start which were just delicious, but the lamb rump main dish was just something else! Cooked to absolute perfection! I passed compliments to the chef & wholeheartedly meant it. Looking forward to a return visit already.

Visited around lunchtime on a Wednesday. Seated fairly promptly. We both ordered the Full English breakfast and also a side order of the sweet potato rosti.

We came here for my sons girlfriends birthday, large table, very warm welcome when we arrived early, the service was excellent and food was beautiful, the beef skewers, exceptional, and the chicken supreme was perfect. We will be returning with our friends very soon.

After a successful evening meal we thought we would give 109s lunch menu a try.

We attended here for the new evening menu for the first time . We had frequented 109 Allerton plenty of times for lunch and the sensational Sunday roasts. When booking over the phone I specified that my wife was pregnant and that if it was possible could we have a table that would be easy for her to get in and out of the chair easily as she was over 36 weeks gone. Thankfully the manager had seen to this request and we had a lovely table. The restaurant looks totally different in the evening to its daytime settings , it’s a very cosy setting. The restaurant was full and there was a pleasant vibe through the establishment. For starters I had the crab cakes which were lovely and actually had a lot of crab meat in them compared to previous crab cakes I have had elsewhere. My wife had the mushrooms and asparagus and with this containing an egg the staff were very mindful of asking her how she would like the egg cooking. She loved her starter. For the main I had the rack of lamb and it was everything I wanted it to be and more. The red wine jus that accompanies the lamb is amazing and just as great as the gravy you get with the Sunday lunches! My wife had the Thai hake and it seemed like the whole restaurant was having this too. She didn’t stop raving about the hake so I had to try some myself and have to admit it was really nice. We both had the sticky toffee pudding to finish and that itself was brilliant as the portion was just the right size. I have to say that we have ever been let down by 109 Allerton on any of our visits and we will keep coming here as the staff are so attentive and the food is so so so good!

After sampling the amazing breakfast and evening meals here,it was only fitting that we tried their superbly crafted Sunday dinners too and we were not disappointed.The lamb was absolutely exquisite,wonderfully flavoured and superbly tender with gorgeous crispy roast potatoes and beautiful fresh vegetables.We were in absolute food heaven,considering just how busy the restaurant was,the food was served quickly by the friendly,attentive staff and the brilliant duty manager who ensured we had 5 ⭐️ Table service.We will definitely be returning.

After taking the dog to Calderstones for a Sunday morning walk we walked down to Allerton road for a drink, we sat outside 109 Allerton Rd and enjoyed a beer whilst we waited for our Takeaway Lamb roast dinner, It was amazing! Just everything from the service, Packaging and food was top quality! We have booked to eat in next time as the place was rammed and turning away people as it was full! Booking advised!

Came here recently to try the mew evening menu on a Saturday! I had the crab cakes and the hake and my hubby had the prawns and the steak , not only was the food exceptional but the service was second to none! Flori and ellie (icey blonde tall girl) was serving us really felt they gave it that extra touch!

Decided to grab lunch with my partner, managed to get a table about half 1 on Monday. I was surprised how busy it was and there was a real mix of people. I again had the super food bowl, the correct superlative would be it was super! Really fresh and was the right amount for lunch. My partner had the avacado, eggs, Parma ham and sundired tomato dish (sorry I can't remember the name) again, really fresh stuff, to quote her "I could ear this 3x a day for a month" she enjoyed it alot. Washed down with a cauppichino each it came to about £24. Great value. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely (and have) returned.

Restaurants come and go along Allerton Road but this one should be a stayer. We had lunch, which was excellent - and healthy. The food was freshly prepared and a reasonable range of options on the menu. The staff were helpful and the service efficient without being overly attendant

We came back to 109 Allerton for dinner and I was so happy with my meal and the experience, I can’t wait to go back. The restaurant is decked out in modern clean decor and has a great atmosphere. You can see into the kitchen which I love.

Amazing food reasonable prices you can build your own choices on breakfast superfood bowls. The staff are friendly and helpful be prepared to wait at busy time. Recommended take away a good too.

Visited with my husband one Saturday after 109 Allerton popped up on Instagram suggestions. Called and made a booking for later that evening no problem at all. On arrival we were presented with a complimentary glass of wine each to celebrate the new evening menu - bonus! Whilst the menu was quite limited there was enough to suit us both. One crab cakes and steak and one teriyaki skewers and chicken supreme. Everything was amazing from start to finish and beautifully presented!

My husband and I visited this restaurant today for Sunday lunch, I had the roast beef and my husband had the lamb shank both were served with roast potatoes and delicious veggies. The food was really delicious and the meat very tender, the service is excellent, staff are friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back and would recommend the Sunday lunch.

I had been to 109 Allerton for breakfast on a couple of occasions, and was so impressed with the breakfasts served, I was delighted when they opened for evening meals. My partner and I have been there twice in the last two weeks. The first time on Thursday having their midweek menu, I had the crab cakes, which laced with chillies were just wonderful, followed by the Thai Hake (en papilotte) which was equally as tasty. My partner had the spicy chicken wings, followed by pasta with pork and beef meatballs, he says they were awesome.

Visiting locals who've been here before and took me out for a treat. And what a treat! A superb restaurant to find in an unassuming suburban street. Previously not open in the evening they've decided to experiment and I suspect they will be now open regularly.

Ate here numerous times before the change in management communicated via TA. Despite the TA announcement nothing has really changed. Salad bowls are a great concept, however each time I order the same bowl it comes different! Also the service is very slow.

Four of us enjoyed a meal here recently; we had received an offer of a free bottle of wine if four people dined, so we were in there like the proverbial rats up a drain pipe - and it was a really nice meal. I had crab cakes which were pleasantly piquant, other starters being beef teriyaki skewers and tom/mozz salad. Mains were hake and chicken supreme, with seasoned wedges as an extra. Very tasty and filling, and all helped along by the attentions of Flori andEllie.

Just returned to this restaurant to try the new early bird dinner menu. I had the chicken wings to start and the pork and beef meatballs for main. Great value for money and the service was amazing. I’m never out of this place.... it’s literally like my 2nd home. Every Monday I take my lovely mum & at the weekends I’ll go with the girls.
