The Jews House Restaurant

Carholme, Lincoln, 30-45£
17/06/2019: Cosy, quiet, classy but not pretentious atmosphere. We had the four course taster menu. Absolutely delicious. Every mouthful of food was great. Service was excellent. Definitely going back soon.
07/06/2019: All six of us enjoyed our food tremendously . The food was creative flavoursome and cooked perfectly .

Bar Castillejar Louth

Priory, East Lindsey, <20£
30/05/2019: Booked as a girls catch up. Been a few times and the staff are blunt and rude. The food I feel is overrated and it doesn’t taste fresh. I presume it’s mostly frozen. When ordering a salad for the table I asked if it was possible to have the olives on the side as i don’t like them but my friend does. Yes! However, they’re just taken them off a salad as I could still taste them
26/05/2019: Recently moved to the Louth area and Bar Castillejar was highly recommended by many new friends and neighbours so booked a table for a party of 6 at 8.00pm last Saturday. Must have caught them on an 'off night' as 2 of the main meat dishes, lamb chops & chorizo meatballs weren't available and things didn't get any better when the waitress confirmed that the Patatas Bravas were frozen rather than freshly made! However the 2 bottles of Coto De Imaz Rioja Gran Reserve were excellent.

Trent Bridge, Rushcliffe
18/06/2019: We've been here a couple of times now when we come up from Norfolk to visit family. Both times the food and service has been superb. Very friendly and helpful staff and the non alcoholic beer is the best I've tasted.
09/06/2019: Another great visit here. Love the vegetarian options and the staff are always polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend this place.

Sol y Luna

Phippsville, Northampton
03/03/2018: We ate here for a friend's birthday. It was quite cozy inside but I think that adds to the restaurants ambience. The menu has a good range of dishes to choose from and the food was delicious. We were all really impressed with the quality of food. The only negatives for us, was the prices of the tapas, we felt that they were slightly over priced. But apart from that we felt that the restaurant offered a good dining experience.
25/02/2018: Scratching my head this morning at how we managed to pay £53 for 4 average tasting tapas dishes, 1 soft drink and 1 beer served up in a cold tent! Had we been told we’d be eating outside we’d have gone somewhere else but even that aside, ridiculously overpriced. If you want tapas and you’re undecided whether to eat here, I’d suggest not to but go Les Olives instead - if nothing else, it’s indoors and warm! Won’t be going back.

White Lion Bar & Kitchen

Beeston Central, Broxtowe
24/05/2019: Fabulous Portuguese / Brazilian food at a good price cooked by a French chef. Very friendly bar staff too. All whilst listening to salsa and bachata music and drinking sangria. Feels like we're on holiday!
