Absolutely horrific customer service and relations. (From my own experience) Bought a £34 deal with 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a can of coke. When collecting I had to wait an additional 10 mins for one pizza while the others got cold. When I eventually received my order I soon found out it wasn’t my own. Both pizzas had other peoples names on them and only 1 of the sides was correct. I give them their dues, at least the coke was the correct colour. Upon noticing this when I got home, I was offered a refund for the unfortunate mix up. 2.5 weeks later and 4 phone calls later it’s still not here! Doubt I’ll see it. I just wish there was an easier complaints procedure were people are held to account. Too wishy washy and nothing properly investigated. Won’t win any awards for customer service anytime soon.

Ordered a pizza and sides to the value of £30.00 online where they display clearly the number of items you’ve ordered on screen. Disappointing that the Glengormley branch cant manage to count to 13 number of items ordered. 2 juice where missing and 4 dips on questioning the driver he said no the order was correct which knowing it wasn’t I contacted the branch manager to feel like I was talking to “Alexa” so he offered to replace the dips and juice but struggled with the understanding my pizza and sides where ordered with dips because I eat the items together. No understanding that dominos made the mistake therefore I’m paying to eat pizza either without dips, how I don’t like it or cold with dips. The manager is not authorised to replace the order to how it was ordered. I fully understand why he wouldn’t replace the order because of the juice, but who eats dips as an individual item? Lesson learned going forward will be no ordering online, driver can stand at the door while the entire order is checked before payment exchange and if it’s wrong he will take the whole order back. Dominos need to address staff training and customer service! Shockingly poor when the dips arrived 30 minutes after your pizza and sides, think they should get their branding redone because mine definitely wasn’t fresh or hot!
