Great tasting coffee and quick service. Dont think much more is needed really. They seemed busy so must be doing something right!

I have never written a complaint about food and normally I would just leave it. But this time I’d have enough. From start to finish the service was awful, the order took an hour to get 5 minutes down the road, when the food came it was freezing cold. Also items were missing, when questioned about this we were told it was “meant to be cold” after being cooked which clearly makes no sense as every single other subway I’ve had has not been like this, and when asked about the missing items they first said they would drop it down to us then after an hour said it they would not do it and accused us of lying. And also just said to go to uber eats and rudely dismissed us. Very concerning how these people are handling food when they cannot even handle an order. Disgusting.

Really good pub, friendly regulars and a warm welcome. Very reasonably priced beer.

Advertising a smash burger for £8.. what was actually served was a fairground style low quality burger which was oddly over peppery 🤔 These guys had bad organisational skills and little to no idea what a smash burger actually is .. eg fresh smash minced beef. No option for cheese in the price either. Lady seemed pleaser enough and accommodating for dogs. Staff girl seemed insolent. DO BETTER!

I had the most wonderful experience the other week at this coffee shop!! The server (who I believe was called Dasha) was so lovely and welcoming. She made sure I got my sandwich on time and it was delicious!! Thank you so much i’ll definitely be back. :)

Great local pub with a down to earth welcome from all staff. Jeff is the owner who runs a lovely pub, food is always hot and delicious. All in all a great local charismatic pub. Great choice of beers.

The guy that served us couldn't be bothered to look up from his phone. When he did, he stared at us. Not even a ‘hello’, ‘what can i get you’. Instead an awkward stare at each other until he actually spoke to us blunt and bare. Great service👎.

Burger w/ chips and drink £15. Staff are great, they’re very quick, friendly, happy to help. Nice atmosphere, sit where you like when quiet. Food was lovely, only gave a 4 star for that as presentation could’ve been better and not a very big portion of slaw.

What has happened to this once cracking pub!? Have been coming here for years …one of my favourite places ever. ..but it has gone badly downhill. The pub was not busy when we popped in for a pint of lager and a bowl of chips. Two pints, two really small bowls of barely warm chip cost £25.50!, What the actual?!. The chips were not even freshly cooked and had obviously been reheated.Shocking ….the chips were £6.40 A BOWL and were presented without any condiments at all. We were sitting in the garden but told we had to get our own condiments from the bar. Lager was tasteless. Honestly don’t wast your money ..a really costly and disappointing experience. Sadly I won’t be going back….

Visited on a Thursday evening with my family, 3 adults and 5 children as we were on holiday in the area. It was very clear there was a staff shortage, stood at the sign to be seated for a long time whilst the 1 bar staff member served people and took orders before coming to seat us. Ordered food, my daughters salad had a live bug in it, we were asked if we wanted fresh food???? Did they think she was going to eat what she had. By 8.30pm every table in the restaurant side was vacated but all the plates and glasses were on every table and not collected, the place looked a complete mess. We Ordered 2 rhubarb and custard sundaes, definitely not the ingredients on the menu and they had the biggest chunks of hard chewy rhubarb in which we left. I spent the early hours of the next morning being sick, obviously I can't prove what caused it but I definitely won't be back.

Read the reviews! This was quite shocking. We ordered four burgers and one came out raw and cold, they did replace it but by the time it came the rest of us were done eating. Sav blanc was tasteless and so went for the pinot on second glass and was like gut rot… so bad I requested it be replaced as I couldn’t drink it without being sick. Not worth your hard earned money

Have enjoyed their coffees and ice creams and had no problems. The staff were helpful. The service was efficient. For a small area on Quiet St, the layout was very good and a lot of work had gone into it.

This was our second visit, our first was 2 years ago when we found the hotel to be quite basic as far as the decor is concerned, but alot of improvements have been made since then. The dining room is beautiful, service at mealtimes is very good and the food is excellent.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for here with a smile, if you want The Ritz you wont get it on Groupon

This Morissons has been refurbished unlike the other Morissons in Plymouth. They have new fridges and the whole store is well spaced out. We love Morissons because the meat and fish taste less chemically to its other competitors and also the staff are very friendly here. There is also a cafe and a restaurant at this morissons.
