I visited for a meal during a business trip and was very pleasantly surprised with how nice this restaurant is. From the decor to the atmosphere it was perfect. The staff were amazing especially the chap I assume is the manager. He was so friendly and funny. He really made the night. I will be back next time I am in Cov.

We came here for a meal to celebrate my birthday and although service was good, I left feeling disappointed. Not sure if it was anything to do with the main guy not being there but there was a few things that I wasn’t happy with…. The toilets stank of urine. You could smell it from outside the toilets. It was disgusting. The ladies toilet would not flush. I reported it but nothing was done about it. My daughter’s dinner had black hairs in her food and my other daughter’s chicken korma looked microwaved. There was also a real language barrier with one of the waiters who couldn’t understand some drinks. It’s a shame because it’s the first time we’ve had a negative experience here.

Rating 1/5. We had a disappointing experience at Zaazu. While the starters were nice, the mains were terrible—under-seasoned, poorly cooked, and took over an hour to arrive. We felt unwelcome, with the staff showing little interest, especially toward South Asian customers. Despite the restaurant's supposed high standard, the service was far below expectations. They kept asking if we wanted drinks on several occasions when all we wanted was our food. The manager didn’t care when we raised concerns, and the portion sizes, like the £16 Tandoori Chicken, were small for the price. Overall, a frustrating experience—better off dining elsewhere!

We had a meal at this restaurant about 2 months ago and it was delicious so we thought we would get a takeaway from here for our tea. After bringing the food home it was still of a high quality but the keema naan bread had next to no meat in it whatsoever. I really don't get the penny pinching ( I'm not trying to be rude ) but surely if u pay for something u should not be cutting back on quality. We just felt slightly ripped off as the food here is not what u would call cheap, was it really worth cutting back on a naan bread which would have made the meal 5/5 instead of 4/5.

I have visited many different Indian restaurants across the country and this one really is the most memorable. Amazing fresh food cooked to an extremely high standard, but for me the thing that makes it stand out is the welcome you get from the staff. I haven't had better service in any other Indian restaurant.

Riley’s never disappoints. 6 of us ate on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant’s decor is very pleasant and provides for a really nice atmosphere. The service is exceptional and well, the food, just wow, wow, wow. We all had different starters and main courses and everyone said how fabulous their food was. My husband said his lamb main was the best he’s ever had. I had a paneer starter and the monkfish main, both were really good. The menu is really varied with a good selection of seafood, fish and vegetarian options for those that don’t want meat. We will most certainly be returning.
