Marino's Fish Bar in Kennigton

Little Burton Farm, Ashford
14/03/2019: Never had a bad takeaway - fish always fresh. Can get busy at peak times but that is for a's excellent.
13/02/2019: I popped in having been diverted due to an accident and wish I hadn’t. The chips were quite literally the worst I have ever tasted, like cardboard, so much so that I threw them away. I get the impression they use the cheapest ingredients possible as was evident by the anaemic sausage too. Friendly staff but the food is absolutely disgusting. If you want decent chips try VC Jones in Whitstable, (the best locally in my view), City Fish Bar in Canterbury or Archie’s Fish and Chips in Minster, Manston, then compare the difference.

Burgess Hill Meeds, Mid Sussex
10/12/2018: Friendly and helpful staff, excellent sized portions and taste. Fish cooked freshly and specially to order.
22/09/2018: Like many others we have used Fishers for several years. Of recent times we had not been there-hot summer evenings and fish and chips don’t always go together.

Man Yee Fish & Chips

10/08/2018: we were house sitting in the village, so were very pleased to find this place on our doorstep, great takeaway, busy main road but parking around the corner. we had fish and chips but there was a chinese menu available also, may try that in a couple of days, the lady behind the counter very welcoming and chatty been there years so must be doing something right, the fish was cooked to order and was very good batter crispy and chips crispy on outside and fluffy in the middle, prices were fair, well worth a stop if your passing through
