The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Sheffield Yorkshire and The Humber

I swear that out of the five last orders I placed at this branch, only once did they give me all the food what I ordered. Otherwise, I always find out when I get home that something is missing from my order or they gave me a completely different order. I understand that people make mistakes, but this is unbelievable. How is it possible that I almost always don't get what I pay for? Today again one item missing. But I can be happy only one item missing because last time they gived to my absolutely different order.If that happend one time maybe twice but this is every time.

average food further let down by terrible opening times. 12-2 on a Saturday and close Friday evening before you've even a chance to get home from work... 2 out of the 4 times I've been they ran out of fish?

My visit to Meadowhall today. I waited in line after ordering, waited, waited and waited. My order number finally came up on the screen as prepairing. Waited, waited and waited then got in line to speak to the supervisor. I explained I had been waiting over 20 mins and could I have a refund. No issues with refund and apology was given adding that someone else may have collected it off the counter. I explained my order number was still being prepared according to the screen and no one had called my order number. Shrug of the supervisers shoulders and refund was sorted. Fast food chain?

Forget it! Came as a family. Ordered food and the muffins were broken in half and missing edges as though someone had already returned it after taking a bite from it. Asked for another muffin because of the state it had been served and it hadn't even left the serving area and the cashier looked at it and asked what was wrong with it. It was appalling service. Only time we've been here and not Impressed with anything. Other franchise stores are happy to help and some will just not serve broken muffins.
