Wow...the baguettes are amazing. Fresh bread and a heap of quality bacon. Lovely sitting area. Very reasonably price.

I know the chef personally he exemplifies the French mans capacity to take great pride in his culinary art. The burger such as the Messy burger has great portion of ingredients that give it an exquisite taste. Fish and chips does stand out. Great value for money. I have talked to him and he has gained culinary experience in the US, France, Italy and now in Britain. Food is fresh.

Great chip shop with owners who know how to prep and cook their product well. Fresh chips and fresh fish, couldn’t fault them. Small dining area in the back we had takeaway and some of us also had the sit down. Small, well ran and easily the best chip shop in Teignmouth. Keep up the good work!

Franks is the best fish & chips in dawlish and the surrounding area in my opinion. The couple that run it and their staff are friendly, helpful and lovely to interact with. If you have any issues or requirements they're happy to make sure they can do what's needed. From the tasty fish that's well battered and crispy, to the lovely chips that don't turn into a ball of grease melting through the box. The mushy peas and curry sauce is always perfect, exactly as I'd expect from a chip shop. Additionally, things like the chicken burger and battered sausage never disappoint and taste exactly as you'd expect. Lastly, the pickled eggs, a personal favourite, I don't think they're homemade, they just taste spot on and a great addition to every order. Remember if you want anything other than cod make sure to shout over to Frank when you're waiting to order, it keeps things moving nicely and ensures it's all freshly packed up for you.

I recently visited the decoy kiosk and was absolutely delighted with the experience! The staff were all friendly and patient with us whilst we decided what to get. Brandon was absolutely lovely and offered some great recommendations! The kiosk itself is clean and well maintained. Definitely coming back again to try out the variety of ice creams they offer!

Had the pensioners cod deal last night. The batter was tough it felt like it had been hanging around under the heat for ages. The fish was dry.

Love Market House Fish n Chips, so sad what’s happened to them and I can’t wait to order from them once they are back up and running 👍👍

Awful. Waited over 20 minutes in total because they kept getting the burgers wrong. Asked for two triple hamburgers no cheese and completely plain. Got it wrong twice and awful manners. Disgusting staff behaviour! Useless staff no apology either.
