The best restaurants serving Fast food food in North East

I recently placed a large order of pizza and chips for a gathering for an 18th birthday and couldn’t have been happier with both the food and service we received. Preordered a few days before and arranged for delivery on the date required. Everyone commented how nice the food was and it made my life much easier. Will definitely use again. Thank you

Forget the drive through. Trapped in a queue for 20 mins. Not enough staff and once your in the line you can't get out. Will never visit again

Poor chips, had been sitting there are hours and very chewy.

Absolute disgrace, never going back everything i tried to order we haven't got none, stay well clear, staff looked scruffy and picking there pants out there arse infront of the drive through window, place needs closed

Food didn’t turn up had to phone Just Eat for a refund!

Hair in pizza but kebab was okay and garlic and chips okay just small issues hair in pizza 😞

To inform the manager of Peterlee McDonalds, there was 3 crew members who were extremely rude. It’s meant to be service with a smile not with a frown. These members of staff are named James, Chloe and Evan as read from the name badges. It made me extremely uncomfortable and that level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable. The King of Munchies is still number one

Went in today took our not so hot food upstairs chips a little overdone/cold it wasn't the cleanest upstairs food left on tables.. bins over flowing could do with a good clean very scruffy!!!!🙄🤮

Staff extremely rude, they acted as if the didn't care. The chips appeared that they were cooked the week before. We ordered a Mccrispy with no sauce, we received it with so much sauce that when we oped the box the chicken slid out out because of the amount of sause. Never again.

Been over a year since I have dined at this establishment. I fondly remembered and yearned for another one of the succulent spicy vegetable wraps! Unfortunately, if I wait another year for my next one, it will still be too soon! I am educated enough to know that an onion is a vegetable, but I didn't expect it to be the only vegetable present in the driest wrap known to mankind. I expect a gallon of water should suffice to return my mouth to a quenched state. Very disappointing as my previous experience here was nourishing to say the least! An off day for the chef or maybe the staff forgot to go to the green grocers, who knows?! The next time I think about ordering from here I may just eat a hand full of sand, this way I will be just as satisfied and save myself the money and heartache at the same time! I also cant understand how onion bhajis and garlic sauce is classed as spicy? All in all, my night has been a fruitless endeavour and what a waste of calories! Do better!
