08/05/2022: Alright and nice. Girls where looking after us good. Was was OK, nothing special compared to other places like other Turkish places i have been. Felt different. Think I won't return

23/04/2022: Rude people answering the phone after delivering the wrong food, tried to resolve the issue by getting another order sent out but they said it wasn't their fault but uber and when I mentioned that it was a dietary requirement and that the food in question cannot be eaten at all the woman on the phone abruptly put the phone down on me with no resolve and our meal completely ruined. I shall not be ordering again.

09/02/2022: Very saddened and disappointed by attitude of staff regarding a booking for this month. Had booked back at the start of January for a party of 7 . It was to be a celebration of 2 February birthdays bringing together 3 families who haven’t seen each other since September 21. 4 days before the booked date another family member from across the sea said they too could join us …. we asked the restaurant could they please increase the booking to 8. It was a resounding NO. They tried to say we’d only booked for 6 but when checking the reservation , which we had a copy of, they said well 7 would be s squeeze on the table they’d allocated anyway ( doesn’t seem very good customer service - clearly an error in their system ) so it couldn’t fit 8. I’m not sure by booking almost 6 weeks ahead we’d have been happy being squeezed in! It’s s real shame as it’s somewhere we’ve visited many times since it opened but it’ll be a while before we consider visiting again.

06/02/2022: Had the most gorgeous meal with my friend Thursday evening, this family run restaurant is a little gem that you must try! The service was great the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely delicious I had the bruschetta followed by the lobster ravioli which was unreal. My friend opted for the arancini and cod which was cooked to perfection . We finished with the bakewell slice and ice cream and chocolate tote which we shared as we couldn’t decide which one we wanted, both didn’t disappoint. We will definitely be back again soon

08/05/2022: We had a fantastic meal here to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. The service was excellent, the cocktails were incredible and the food was perfect. Thanks so much, hoping to return next time we are in Liverpool

01/05/2022: Lovely meal here this evening - we had the salt and pepper halloumi and two roast dinners. The staff are very helpful and attentive, and the food is well priced. The reason I've not given 5 stars is because the roast potatos were dry and waxy, very hard to cut through - and the vegetarian option could be something better like a nut roast, rather than another piece of veg ☺ overall very nice though!

16/03/2022: Great place to eat at East River. Fresh creative food, friendly welcome and service. My second visit and will return.
