10/12/2020: ordered the food at 5pm, received at 8:30.... what in the freaking world? Then had the nerve to miss out a pepsi and when i called, they told me that nope, the damn driver placed 3 cans in the bag when clearly there was only 2 in the bag. And wouldn't send another one, also lied to me saying that he checked the cctv and the driver put 3 into the bag.... within one freaking minute! I haven't even been on the call for more than a minute with him and this idiot has the nerve to tell me nope, 3 were given and so you have 3, also told me you are free to not come back. What in the world bad service is this? Could any other place be as disgusting and rude as this place???
31/08/2020: Ordered our food for delivery at 2:30pm and the driver told us to collect our order around 3:45pm because he 'apparently' knocked on our door with no answer. After asking the driver more questions as we was so confused (the dogs bark at anything near our house, let alone a knock) HE HUNG UP ON US MID CONVO! We managed to get Dixy to send us another driver with our food which arrived 2 hours later. The food itself was beyond disgusting and bags were very much open, which was hardly edible instead of not enjoyable. Would not recommend ANYONE to order food from here.

Always get it right, always hot, helpful staff and delicious food.

05/11/2020: I have lived in this borough over 40 years and never had a bad experience with any landlord. I received a parking fine for going in for a chat with the owner to give out leaflets and I got a £60 fine. Owner said he would squash it. Hell did he I swear I will never step foot in this pub again. Sad because it’s my local. Bye bye Eastbrook pub. Staff not friendly and don’t remind you that you need to register your car, even if it’s a short stay. Money making pigs

24/12/2020: Food over 1.5 hours late, phone was off the hook so couldn’t get through to the restaurant! Hubby drove there in the end to find out what was happening and ended up collecting it himself.The food was flavourless! We like spice so ordered salt and pepper chips and salt and pepper chicken but they had no spice and were bland, didn’t taste of anything. Chilli beef and chicken balls were overcooked and burnt, even the sweet and sour sauce had no flavour?! What a waste of money and time! Don’t waste your money
31/08/2020: We made a order that cost £57. The arrival time was good but I can’t say that for the taste of the food. Firstly the rice (special fried) had no taste and colour what so ever. It was just like boiled white rice and meat. No flavour at all. The short ribs where not cut properly and also lacked flavour (not even salt) and very dry. The prawns and noodle were okay. Wouldn’t recommend/ buy here again.
