Los Burritos

Witham, Boston, <20£
21/11/2018: Was struggling to find somewhere to eat in Boston Lincs recently on a Monday evening, most restaurants only open market days Wednesday and Saturdays. Came across Los Burritos just five mins from our hotel and what a find, small family run eatery with authentic Mexican food. I had the fish stew which was delicious slight chilli kick but packed with flavour and plenty of fish. Also had a cocktail each margarita certainly hit the spot, if your in Boston make sure you try it out
03/11/2018: Visited the restaurant on a Friday night with my friend, there was a slight hiccup with our booking as we had booked for 7.15 and they had rebooked our table out again at 8.30 (this was all rectified though).

The Little Kitchen

Witham, Boston
03/12/2018: This was just a lovely place to have lunch. Lots to eat, nice variety and very reasonable prices. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and a lovely open fire. Wished we lived nearer to go again!

Goodbarn's Yard

Witham, Boston
17/10/2018: Busy and vibrant Pub serving a variety of tasty meals reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely environment in an historical building in the oldest street in Boston next to the Church.
15/10/2018: Popped in here for Saturday lunch. We were taken through to the tables and asked if we would like drinks, which were bought to our table. I had steak and Guinness pie with chips and peas and my husband had surf and turf. We both ate all of our food and absolutely loved it. The steak in my pie just melted in your mouth. My husband said that his steak was cooked to perfection. Just how he asked for it to be cooked.

30/11/2018: ok wanted change so i said ok Johnsons look round then dinner and so we did both of my two support workers just drive i say were we go and were we have dinner ect though they have what ever they want i have to pay for both meals though i get a bit of help with the payment for the meals i found out today that they do smaller meals so thought better to let you all know today i had Liver, Oinoins, Bacon, Peas, Mashed Tates, Carrots,Runnerbeans,Gravy, and a mug of coffee
19/11/2018: I asked for a bacon and egg sandwich which took 22 minuets to arrive to find the egg was missing, I took the sandwich back and explained what had happened, then she brought the sandwich back saying the egg would follow, 5 mins later still no sigh of the egg, bacon sandwich was luke warm so I went up to the counter and told the young girl I wanted a fresh sandwich as this one was cold and still no egg, the sandwich was given back to me and yes it had an egg but they had microwaved the same bacon. Also I asked for an egg sandwich, we dont do that, so what does a vegetarian have to eat at breakfast nothing, my other order was sausage and egg, we cant do sausage and egg was the reply. I have always enjoyed the food at Johnsons but just lately you cant order what you want

The staff were helpful and polite, and seemingly knowledgeable about matters nautical (tide times are chalked up on a board) as well as cellar keeping - they have two or three real ales on hand pump.
