The best restaurants serving Default food in St Peter's Tameside North West

Arrived for Sunday lunch at 1 pm , told can’t order Sunday lunch because they had used all the meat for a kids party. Waited around 10 minutes then we were able to order. Food came around 20 minutes later, it looked lovely, unfortunately it wasn’t very hot, no stuffing on my turkey dinner, and the veg was very hard, the meat was nice and when I eventually got some stuffing it was nice and hot. The staff were lovely, on the way out I told the lady behind the bar that it was all cold . Was it worth £35 no definitely not.

Had the movie night box and it was amazing. Loads of food, burgers were so tasty. Loved the cheese sauce. Came on time, friendly service 100% recommend. Great value for money.

I’ve visited the cafe Monday 29th and Wednesday 31st. My 6 year old son loves to come here for breakfast. He especially loves the porridge with honey. The staff on both days have been accommodating and really friendly, especially the young lady behind the counter, She makes a perfect coffee. The bite size breakfast is just enough and tastes good and it’s a good price 😊

My mum pops in when out shopping to buy treats for the kids, they make lovely gingerbread biscuits, the latest she bought were Paw Patrol characters, my 3 year old daughter loved her Skye gingerbread. Mum also gets pies and sausage rolls for an easy lunch, all very nice.

Great driver, exceptional even.

They no longer do steaks or mixed grills 😡 Walked out.

Expensive for what it is, service was very poor.

Absolutely beautiful food always what you asked for the best take away in Ashton under lyne definitely would recommend to anyone looking for gd quality food thank you see yous soon 😊

I come here every week and each time I do i say I'm not coming again. Staff are miserable unfriendly and after coming for so long you think they would know what we have each week. My coffee is barely hot the bacon has been cold too. Service is shocking and the girls have no customer service skills. Maybe put them on customer service training otherwise you'll be losing more customers Wont be visiting again I'll enjoy my walk and have refreshments elsewhere.

Great McDonald's the food was nice and hot lots of space to sit and eat and it was nice and clean too

Only like two staff serving food for like 30 people, wasted crap load of time for some very basic menu, while most of the other food are unavailable. Avoid the ONION RINGS! 95p for three piece, doesn’t match the picture provided at all. It’s a scam. Will not return for this anymore.

Not too happy with the Vegan Selection, It seems to take quite a while to be served, Uber drivers and drive through seem to be served first which can be a little irritating, ordering Coffee can be annoying, usually it comes HALF full or quite Weak.

Just had my lunch there we had the samosa sandwich and the samosa chaat. So flavourful and delicious..prices great too!

A group of ex colleagues meet here once a month, basically because we can get a table that sits up to 10 people………. lovely garden centre, but the cafe has become worse in its ability to serve people efficiently - despite there being 2 members of staff behind the counter, it can take up to 20 minutes to get a cup of tea as the staff members seem to both be doing the same job - waiting till customers get to the actual till before taking the orders……surely it would be far more efficient to take orders earlier, or even have a separate point for drinks only orders!?!? The staff are very pleasant but the whole system could do with reviewing!
