The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Spondon Derby East Midlands

All I can say is that I ordered from this restauraunt by accident thinking it was my local one at Swanwick 10 miles away. My mistake and I was quite prepared to take the hit as I had prepaid via Justeat. (Scotland had just won against Fiji so I was off my game! 😁) Anyway. Called the restauraunt when I realised (trying to collect from my local). A reallly nice lady who was very understanding. A full refund via Justeat. Which I didn't expect as it was totally my fault. Full credit to this restauraunt. I will make a special trip to order from them in future. Thank you so much. A+++

Not good enough. Ordered food at 18.38 and it came up and suggested a delivery time of 19.38 which is acceptable on a Friday night. I had to call at 19.52 as food hadn't arrived and was told food was on it's way and delivery was delayed due to flooding and he couldn't get through (which is untrue) I then had to call 20.08 as still not arrived and was told they couldn't find my order and was i sure I'd ordered it with them (again a lie) I checked the just eat app and rang the number attached to my order and it was classic canton. I heard the guy talking to a lady and he said "I cant tell him that as I told him its was on its way half an hour ago) so he passed the phone on and they had now found my order and when I asked why it was 1 30 late she said they are just busy and didn't offer any kind of discount and did I just want to cancel my order!! Really very poor and not acceptable plus we had two children waiting for thier food. I wont be ordering with classic canton and am thinking of cancelling the just eat app as it seems to me that once the shops have your money they put you to the bottom of the pile so I'd rather pay cash on delivery and have the option of cancelling an order if it's late or being lied too. Order cost £30.60 no prawn crackers and £3 delivery, joke!!
