Had a very good family takeaway while here on holiday, pizza's are freshly made and good quality ingredients. The chicken shish wrap was absolutely delicious. Will return here again and order more chicken shish. 😋

Fantastic pub so laid back. There are different areas to the pub depending on the mood you are in. Formalish with wooden floors and tables, bar area, sofas, beer garden out side and two areas under cover. Loved it. There were two dogs wandering around who were so friendly. Lovely atmosphere here. There was a band on the Saturday evening too. Great stuff. Loved it.

Cosy pub. Loads of beer on tap and a great food menu. Lamb was delicious

First time visiting this particular restaurant,I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the decor and the atmosphere was proper chilled,food was excellent and the service second to none,well recommended 👌

They have amazing coffee and the atmosphere was so wonderful for relaxing and visiting with friends.

Can't recommend highly enough visited to day with my wife and dog and what a lovely pub staff and food great one of the best pubs we have visited in a very long time

Amazing food and great service. The service was second to none, the food was very tasty and the value for money was fantastic. 100 percent recommend this takeaway for any occasion.

Fab food. Missing chips off the order. Waiting in freezing condition in shop for 30 minutes. So cold in there. Sort it out!!!!

Highly recommend This is my 2nd review of the savoy country inn Since my last review the establishment has undergone renovations and upgrades. The new management are really enthusiastic and have made a plethora of positive improvements that have been recognised and won a few awards from Marsdens. They introduced weekly activities local pool team and quiz night. they host evenings of mediumship and singers. There’s multiple chefs now as the food is great and attractive a lot of local repeating customers and passing tourists. So maybe worth calling in advance I mainly go for the beer and being a country pub there’s never no nonsense and always a pleasant atmosphere.

We stayed for the night, with an evening meal and breakfast. The Staff were very welcoming, couldn’t do enough for us. The evening we arrived they were very busy with a local event on, but still had time to chat and make sure we were ok and had everything we needed. Dinner was lovely, very generous portion. Breakfast again, staff were very chatty and helpful. Food again was lovely. Our room was very cosy, we couldn’t hear any noise from downstairs. Had everything we needed. It was nice to stay somewhere which still felt like a hearty pub. Very warm atmosphere, would definitely stay again.

Had a great meal during the week. Staff were polite and very professional. Meal was well presented and tasted wonderful, too. On checking out a member of staff suggested we downloaded their app for a 40% discount, which we did and had. Have been here few times and this was our best visit.

Good pizza, pretty expensive for what you get can easily spend £80-£100 for 4 people even with the deals. Drinks salad and ice-cream all help yourself these areas can look a bit messy at times. All in all a treat for the family if you have the cash.
