Food and the quality excellent. Placed a telephone order for over £50 worth of food and arrived on time for collection. However, waited a further 20+ minutes after arrival to receive my order. Appreciate they were busy etc but found that alittle too long for telephone order. Hopefully better next time and ashame as was lovely as it normally is.

My local store. My son loves the cafe. We go there for a cuppa or a quick bite. The food is really nice especially the fish and chips, like the breakfasts and the sandwich, cake and drink deal is also really good!. The store itself could possibly do with a little refurb as some of the freezers sometimes not work but I do there when I have offers on my more card or when I need to pick up a few bits

got there nearly closing time. gone through drive thru but was closed and advised to go inside the store which is fine. only two customer inside so didn't had to wait long. quick service. friendly staff.

Food is what you expect from mcdonalds, the staff were also polite. My only gripe would be that the staff don't enforce disabled parking with those who have no blue badge. Having one leg, I need the space to open my door fully.

Normally when visiting Newport for training at the velodrome I stop at another coffee house but for the last few weeks the training sessions have been earlier, and the normal place has been shut. The staff have been pleasant, and the coffee was nice… I did have a toasted teacake with jam on one occasion, but the jam was far to sugary… Next week I think we'll try the place next door and see how that is, but all in all a reasonable place for a coffee and I would go back. Some of my reviews may seem unforgiving but I come from a time when everything was not “Awesome” and “near enough was not good enough”. So, if I say something is “Excellent” that is because it is somewhere better than most others… and well worth considering visiting. I have been ordering fish and chips almost weekly from this place for over a year even before the owner was changed. Fishes made by that male worker were NEVER CRISPY. This shop is walking distance from my house so I never complained, I pretty much eat anything when I am hungry. Until today I ordered 2 fishes, 1 portion of rice, 1 portion of chips, 1 portion of curry. The guy commented right in front of me that I am 'hard to please' after I requested to pack everything separately and then made a comment about how small the portion of rice he gave me (a SMALL cup of rice to go with cod!!). I have never had issues with the female workers, only had issues with this guy. He seems to always find excuses, go try challenge him yourself on the smallest thing, you will understand what I mean. He also recommended me a curry which he believed to be spicy but it was not spicy but sweet! C'mon now at least learn about the things you sell!!! Probably no one will care about this comment but I wont be returning to this shop until the actual owner has looked into this matter.

Great place for Gluten Free, Katie has moved here from another store and as usual her stores are superb, well done, the team were polite, food was fresh and service was ace, a credit to you.

First time ordering from here as we've recently moved to the area. Best Indian I have ever had. Egg rice was full of flavour, chicken nice and tender and soft, fluffy nan bread. Restaurant itself is absolutely spotless. Many thanks. We will be back.

Won’t go anywhere else now.. had the munch box this evening and it was absolutely beautiful! Everything was hot and fresh, we throughly enjoyed it.

Waited far too long for a piece of tortilla with a salad, when it came salad had no dressing, young girl told me they didn't have dressing, did not come back as promised so I left the whole meal. Terrible service and food.
