Realmente encantador café en el corazón de Edimburgo. La variedad de productos horneados en la ventana llamó nuestra atención, así que por supuesto entramos. Teníamos la galleta de pistacho y pastel de terciopelo rojo, ambos eran divinos! Por dentro el personal era muy agradable y estéticamente la decoración era muy fría! Los precios no eran malos, sobre todo si tenemos en cuenta que se encuentra en una zona turística.

Llegamos al castillo de Edimburgo un poco temprano, así que decidimos tomar una bebida caliente mientras esperábamos. No hay mucho que decir, el servicio era bastante rápido. El té era té. . . . los niños recibieron sándwiches, de los que no se quejaron, pero cualquier cosa que no los coma primero, ya sabes.

Love having all vegan mexican food ! Plantain and pineapple were my favorite, I wish they had mexican rice and salsa verde on the side :)

I'm a bit fussy with scrambled eggs so I'm always a bit nervous ordering but the scrambled eggs here are bloody fantastic. Topped with salmon, I almost ordered a second helping.

Stopped into this hotel for breakfast. It’s in the most beautiful neighborhood close to Dean Village which is why we were in the area. They were able to seat us right away at a nice table by the window. Additionally there were outlets and I was able to charge up my phone for the day. Breakfast for 22€ included the continental offerings (juice, pastries, fruit, cereal, cheese & meats) and a cooked to order option. I chose the omelette and my husband ordered a full Scottish. Very good!! Overall a lovely place to stop for a big breakfast before seeing the city.

Honestly the nicest sandwich I’ve ever had. It was a wrap full to the brim, 3 ingredients of your choice. Can’t remember price but that as well as a Americano was £7.80! Very well priced and absolutely gorgeous. I rarely leave a review but this felt mandatory! If you're ever in Edinburgh get your breakfast or lunch here!

We mourn the day our favourite Edinburgh restaurant The Dogs closed. So we thought we'd check out proprietor David Ramsden's new project - a wee wine bar on Bread Street. Dogs, ponies... if you're an animal lover, you're in good company. But it's David's impeccable taste and dogged (!) commitment to quality that earned our loyalty years ago and keeps us coming back for more culinary adventures. The Fat Pony offers a range of truly hand-picked (and handmade) wines, meats and cheeses from around the world. Hand-picked but without the snobbery. There's a lot of choice, so don't be shy to ask for recommendations. The reply may be deadpan, but that's just theatrical bluffing, because this man always gets it right when I challenge him to surprise me! A stylish yet relaxed space, with good music playing in the background. A carafe of wine and a few tapas make for the perfect quick pre-theatre dinner - being just around the corner from the Lyceum, Usher Hall and Traverse. I was a bit embarrassed to ask for coffee after the beautiful Primativo, but David was ready with yet another surprise: great coffee served in the most divine Wedgwood cups! PS: Dogs welcome! PPS: Beautiful toilets!

Pedido doner y patatas fritas. Me costó 10 libras. 50 . Por este precio, esperaba mucho. Resultó ser la peor carne que he probado. La carne estaba seca, masticable y sabía a líquido de lavado. Rancio! No comas aquí.

Excelente almuerzo ligero tomado por los tres antes de tomar el tour de John Knox. Deliciosa comida y excelente café y chocolate caliente y muy buen servicio / relación calidad-precio.

Fuimos a cenar con la familia. El menú era genial con una buena variedad de platos que atienden a aquellos que disfrutan de la carne y también para los herbívoros. El servicio fue amable y atento. El ambiente era relajante. Los budines también eran muy buenos. Sin duda volvería cuando llegue a Edimburgo. Vale la pena visitarlo.
