Great staff,ambience and food..Much more reasonably priced than centre of town.Highly recommend for locals and those travelling through.

Fish was awful, more batter than fish, and it was very rubbery. The chips were just ok.

Sunday lunch at Becketts was a real treat. The food was excellent served by very friendy and welcoming staff. One of the best lunches weve had in ages. Beef and Yorkshire pudding was melt in the mouth. Vegetables cooked to perfection. My apple crumble was sensational. The 2nd time weve eaten in the Hotel it wont be the last. Give Becketts a try if you like real quality cooking served to perfection. Thank you to all the staff who helped my husband have a great birthday treat.

Better before,this time food was cold and tasteless, gravy and curry sauce watery. Definitely not the best Chinese in the town anymore
