The staff were incredibly friendly with some top notch hospitality plus the apple pie and custard was amazing!

Large hot choc was average in size. Brownie was small and thin. I bought for ravenous husband. Good size for a child. Tasted good. Was told the brownies are home made hence the thin squashed look. Im very familiar with home made brownies. They dont look like these. Anyway, nice that they were open as we were desperate and husband felt better after eating.

I've been here before and it was honestly amazing, so I was shocked when I passed here today and saw.. it was all burnt to the ground and completely destroyed! The criminal who caused this should be ashamed of themselves for committing such acts. Let's hope that this business will rise from the ashes once again (I think it'll be rebuilt sometime soon) and that full support goes to the owners of this wonderful business.

Lovely Garden Centre, but I found the Coffee Shop very expensive. I paid almost £33 for 2 Toasted Sandwiches, one Traybake and 4 coffees. Very average and very poor value.

Fantastic staff, Fantastic food, Fantastic night I and friends out of the church had planned a 60th Birthday treat for Robert one of our members and my friend from.school years. The food was well presented the staff wonderful and everything well cooked with more portions than you get most places. One of our members from accross the World said he never seen such a beautiful Southern fried burger and the size nearly defeated him like on " Man verses Food" Others couldn't believe the portions with the fish dishes alongside Roast Turkey , Salmon etc. Their plates alongside their starters were enormous in food ,leaving folkscto struggle with deserts. The deserts were really special and alovely way to finish the meal with Tea and Coffee. The staff were very friendly and very attentive having to look after all of us and jugs were filled 👌 when they ran dry. If you're looking for a corporate event or a conference/wedding or just a night out with your loved ones or friends then don't pass Barnabys by. They are located on Ballyrobert Road on way to Ballyclare on right side of road after going through Ballyrobert Village and share their entrance with the Golf club. Open only on Weekends Friday to Sunday, be square and go there, and tell them Rev Paul sent you there. However book early as Barnaby's is the cool place to be for great food great service and a great time. Rev Paul S Burns BTh (Hons.) Visited the Halt recently for a family meal out. The restaurant was quiet, service was adequate. Server was friendly and bar tender also friendly however when I visited the restaurants toilets I was very disappointed as they look as though they have not been cleaned in a very long time. Fake tan marks on toilet seat and feaces on the inner rim of the toilet and bins appeared not to have been emptied in a while and mirror filthy. Made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen this had put me off returning. Hopefully the team at the Halt will improve there cleaning skills as the food is good.

Mixed review this. A little disappointed that the wonderful lunches at their Galgorm restaurant were not on offer here but what was on offer was very nice but I think over priced for what it was. Service was a little slow but perhaps that was due to difficulty recruiting staff.
