Ordered £30 of food driver got lost gave him £5 tip and no chips! Food cold too ! Fuming! Said they’d send him back but order ruined! Not gonna meet a guy for a portion of chips I’ve complained about! After microwaving a pizza! Avoid

Had a takeaway whilst staying in the pop up campsite at the NEC. Absolutely superb service, fantastic food, can't fault anything. They went out of their way to deliver as close as possible to our van, communication throughout was just brilliant. Thank you so much 😊

Been going for years and years … the last few years have been up and down and it needs new ideas as the last few managers always seem to fall back on music events and DJs that play reggae and drum and bass / garage / dancehall… this always brings the wrong people in.. always too much drugs and too much intimidation. Never any bands, love singers, theme nights … other genres of music for the event nights … it’s always reggae / bashment / dancehall… crying out for fresh less “gang” music

Food is always cold. Lots of people working there but always a wait. Prices keep creeping up. Quality isn't what it use to be, flavour of the chicken doesn't taste as nice as it use to be when they first opened.

Ordered on line using the Big Johns App. We did not get the 20% discount for ordering on line as the telephone message when you ring the Chelmsley wood branch on cooks lane 0121 770 9555. We use to get it when ordering before but when I finally got through to the branch they said that they had stopped this offer for existing customers who have ordered before and is only available for new customers, but when you ring the number it does not mention this and feel duped into paying more than what I was expecting and the chap within the branch wasn’t helpful. May take this up with trading standards as false advertising. Andy
