We were a table of 8 with 3 kids yet the service was quick and the staff are very pleasent. The food portions are large so glad we skipped the starters. The belly pork and the ribs was cooked just right. Good food good service and a good atmosphere what more could you want

My first experience with this Cafe, to be honest I didn't realize it was there as I was always focused on the neighbouring cafe but I'm glad that I gave it a try as I was well impressed, not only with the food and the service, I was really surprised as to how big it was with plenty of seating available inside and outside. The staff were really friendly and helpful so I would definitely recommend this Cafe.

Cracking coffee at a more than reasonable price. Friendly staff and an ideal location at the top of the path to the beach. Indoor or outdoor seating with the later under a good sized canopy. National Trust car park on the other side of the road P.S. Note for dog owners...take your dog waste with you! The café bins are clearly marked as not for dog poop, nor is the floor by the outdoor tables the place to leave your bags of dog poop!! Take it with you and find a proper waste bin.

My wife and I had a great lunch, and we had a special tomato tart and a cheese toastie they were very tasty and nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It's also dog friendly. It also has a very nice delivery attached to the cafe. What a great find

Bakehouse is situated in a really convenient spot - at the end/beginning of the Bristol-Bath Path. The food and drink are of great quality and the atmosphere here is really cool. There seems to be multiple businesses here and there are always lots of people hanging out here.

I was looking for a lunch that wasn't crimped. Don't get me wrong, I love a good pasty and Truro has plenty of them on offer but I just fancied something different. Saw someone else eating a burrito and that was it. A quick Google search and a short walk and I found myself in Habaneros, a quirky little Mexican takeaway on Kenwyn Street. Not overly Mexican themed but you know what's on offer. The menu was easy to navigate, the décor was clean and functional, the music was more Aphex Twin than mariachi. The staff were friendly and welcoming without being "a bit much". I had a veggie burrito with habanero sauce. It was reasonably priced for a "treat lunch" but I couldn't justify going every day. There were about 8 people already waiting but I received my freshly made burrito within 10 minutes. It was big, healthy, substantial and bloody lovely! All the flavours and textures were perfectly balanced. My only criticism is that I needed more napkins than they provided. I will definitely be going back.
