The best potato salad & bacon sandwich I’ve ever had will definitely be back for more!

From the moment we arrived on Sunday 13 June nothing was to much trouble the lady duty manager I think was so helpful a credit to Premier inn sadly didn't get her name already booked to return soon

Nice cosy old pub with nice atmosphere but didn’t like the food much at all. Me and my friend could only eat just about half of it. Burger pate was dry and tasteless and we thought definitely frozen factory made ones. Onion rings the same. Only thing we liked were the chips.

A beautiful building. Staff were friendly enough but didn't think the food was up to much.

We were staying in the Premier Inn so tried both the breakfast and dinner. The buffet breakfast was pretty good with all the usual breakfast options. The dinner options were OK. I opted for a turkey dinner but they didn't have any turkey or roast potatoes on a Saturday evening so ended up with the chicken off the Christmas menu that was served with fries, coleslaw and salad. In general I preferred the breakfast.
