Been going there now for a couple of years and never anything other than a PERFECT experience. Staff Perfect as is the food and ambience.

I stayed in a room here at the end of September . Dirty room, dingy room, manager not contactable , noisy and cold. Do not stay here

For the 2nd time in a week, the service has been extremely slow. Food uncooked and had to send it back. The childrens tomato pasta was an absolute rip off at £5.95. Will not go again
