The best restaurants in Stockport North West

Been here twice now, for takeaway and eaten in. Both meals were really good. The staff are really friendly. I will be going back again.

The food here is to die for and the staff are amazing

Does what it says on the tin, week in, week out. Quick, convenient, friendly staff. Usually easy to park within 100 yards.

Cancelled delivery as said 3 miles was too far

amazing. lovely rich red masala huge chunks of chicken very flavourful. Good portion sizes. arrived 3 mins early piping hot. this isn't my usual place as my usual place has closed so took a chance based off reviews and was not disappointed. very very impressed. Even the onion barjis were almost the best I've ever eaten. (but a very close second).

Tiny portions but nice and tasty, Beer was spot on. Staff pleasant. Noisy outside due to the A6 and only one bench overlooking the canal.

When we got there, the entire restaurant was empty. We asked and the waiter explained it’s just because of the school going back in. We accepted this as a possibility and ordered. The starters came but unfortunately they was slightly underwhelming. We just hoped the food we had ordered for mains would be better. The sea bass my partner had was greasy, the potatoes were obviously microwaved or not fresh and I didn’t even touch my burger as it looked like a fatter rustlers burger. Spent £57 to be told that we couldn’t have a refund on the inedible fish. They apparently DO NOT have a refund system on their till. Date night ruined with my long distance relationship and has completely ruined the evening. Was offered more fish but we obviously declined. Never been so unhappy with food before. What a joke.

R1: ‘ Fried rice’ was awful. Extremely poor service, rude attitude with no commitment to customer’s satisfaction. R2: That’s the reflection of your persistence to poor customer and employee service. I don’t even drive, by the way.

Me and my partner came here a few times a couple years ago, at that time we really enjoyed it. Food was great, service and atmosphere was good. We visited recently and was really disappointed. The service was really disappointing, and the food was mediocre, nothing special and definitely not worth the price. We left disappointed.

11/5 Stars, I wish I could give more. Always great food, always early and really friendly staff no matter if waiting on delivery or going into the store in person. This is my favourite takeaway which tastes great no matter what items I get.

Cold chips, overdone fish. Never again will I order from.here again. I'm.an OAO and I thought I'd treat myself. £13.00 for chips and a small fish. Ttotal waste of money.
