Excellent food found this restaurant it was fantastic. The manager and staff made us welcome. Best dim sum in southport.

Great spot. I'll for sure some back! Bar staff were all knowledgeable and friendly! Beers were crisp and the crack was grand!

Such a joyful little find! We came on a whim and so happy we found this place. Greeted with a warm welcome, staff were very helpful and friendly and spoilt my little dog to bits. Food was very yummy and the portions were extremely generous! Wish we lived closer as we would be regulars! Thank you for a lovely visit!

Overall it's too expensive and quality isn't anywhere near as good as local individually owned competitors. Food over priced and standard quality. Better quality food in IKEA and less than half the price. Service was good. Professional and friendly. Atmosphere is the same as any chin coffee shop. People taking laptops and pretending to be in meetings.

Been here afew times now for a number of factors. The disabled parking is good, the staff are friendly and the food is good. This time I had the double stack BBQ burger which was two burgers patties,cheese, bacon, onion rings and pulled pork bits £11.79. came with fries and two onion rings. Food tasted great.

Called in this afternoon with my little boy. Had a pint of Coke each and it came to £8.80!!! Absolute rip off and no wonder it was almost empty in there, don't think we'll be going there again!

Authentic lovely food all the time! My go to place just the best never getting anywhere better! You should open in the city centre!!!

A beautiful meal, probably the best chinese in Southport. Wendy the hostess is a lovely lady and makes one feel so welcoming. We will definitely be back....fabulous

Management here reminds me of the England squad. Poor. Staff looked on edge around her and I can say the drinks suffered from it. Me and my wife were not impressed. We'd been informed from others that service at this poor excuse of a tea room was shocking and I can now say I heed that advice.

Same as similar reviews, young waiter and waitress extremely rude to me and my children especially the waitress to the point were I nearly walked out. Don’t mind the food, but nothing special, but the drinks every time we go are completely flat cheap drinks. Will definitely not be returning due to the young waitress attitude, and il be surprised if they have any custom left by the time they have finished with the customers… won’t be returning

No comimos aquí durante unos 18 meses y ¡qué diferencia! Tuvimos un almuerzo ligero de sándwich y papas fritas. El pan no estaba fresco, el pavo era pavo, no pechuga en rodajas, las patatas fritas apenas estaban calientes y parecían recalentadas, estaban tan secas. Sin embargo, la ensalada era muy fresca. El personal era muy agradable. La comida de los niños también era apenas tibia y las pepitas de pollo eran grises por dentro, no blancas, por lo que se dejaron. Las bebidas estaban bien. Té caliente En resumen, no volvería a comer allí. Solo estábamos nosotros y otro grupo de tres allí, así que no exigimos un chef. Muy mala comida de calidad y decepcionante.

Don’t like to write a negative review as previous visits have been ok. However tonight I found I had to wait a bit longer than usual, the girl didn’t seem to know what she was doing (lost a clients order). When I got home and tasted the fish and chips plus mushy peas ,the peas are not cooked and tasted watery,the chips were soft and mushy. Very disappointed with the quality.

Soggy fish and extremely poor customer service. A spoiled and expensive dinner, would not recommended. Very disappointed.
