Food was actually alright but would never return the man who works there is rude and needs learn keep his opinions to himself absolutely ridiculing me for being a young mum. Won’t be back and I’d suggest other people don’t either

I've ordered from here a number of times over the past 4 years and always receive excellent service. Delicious food and great customer experience. I've eaten in and had take aways, both of equal quality. Recently I had a small item missed from my order. The restaurant called back to my home and replaced my items, without issue. Highly recommended.

Pre Booked this for my daughter's birthday, 14 of us. The day or two before was asked to send your orders through, I don't like this as I don't know what I feel like two days before, red flag for me. We all arrived on time, conversations around the table, relaxed, we are slightly loud and do have banter, who doesn't. Then my son comes back from the toilets and says "the staff are talking about us", he wouldn't go any further as it wasn't nice what they were saying. I wanted to know as I would have spoken to the manager about it. Next thing I heard my Dad saying it's been nearly two hours (most of the group had preordered), so people were getting hungry. My husband spoke to a young blonde girl, her attitude was shocking, in fact all the staff there (not sure about the bar staff) struggled to be pleasant or smile. The only person helpful was the Manager who was called Adam, but unfortunately that wouldn't make me want to return there ever again. I said "were is the Manager" and he said "only some of you preordered", I said "it has been two hours what about the ones that did preorder?" Meals arrive in bits. I arrived back from the toilet to find (I should of taken a photo, I also should of sent it back) the supposed 'Moving Mountains' vegan burger, it was a cheap quorn burger, touch of rocket, looked like a defrosted and flat brioche bun, no vegan cheese, no chilli jam etc and smallest pot of undercooked skin on fries that tasted of detergent. I am angry the day after paying for it. The flatbread my husband and son had was like a brick. My daughter's friend preordered Rosemary Potatoes with her pasta, when she asked where they were in the most polite manner, the girl basically called her a liar and said there was no order, the Manager then said apologies they were preordered, they will be ten minutes, still waiting, they never arrived. I would be here wasting my Saturday talking about the bone in the fish (I know there can be bones in fish, but this was like a bone from a Great White). The staff bought the birthday cake out (thank GOD it was already made), the faces were miserable, my husband had to take the cake as the girl wasn't prepared to walk to the table with it, made every excuse she could. Anyway paid up, will never return, this is all genuine. Food poor, service poor and extremely rude, unprofessional, immature, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. The only redeeming point was Adam the Manager but with that many issues he would have to be a miracle worker to turn that round. I was embarrassed, as I choose this venue, my daughter's friend being called a liar and most of all my daughter's birthday meal a memory I would like to forget. I would like reviews to allow you to minus experiences as this experience doesn't deserve any stars.

Pizza wasn’t great at all. We stoped ordering chips and burgers from them as the quality has massively fallen. Pizza was usually ok. But last order was awful. So greasy and sloppy. Couldn’t even pick up a slice. Taste wasn’t good either.
