Visited yesterday evening with a friend. The place was not clean—tables were dirty, and I had to wipe ours down with napkins. I ordered the chicken steak with rice, and my friend got the Philly cheesesteak. Both dishes were disappointing: small portions and very bland flavor. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I ordered a basic set meal for 2 and it arrived an hour late and was missing the naan bread and the drinks. The trays weren't packed properly either and arrived crushed and the contents had spilled. The food that got here was hot and pretty tasty but this experience was generally awful.

The cornflake tart/chocolate and custard is always well made..Although the prices are a bit more steep than that of other desert places in Levy... Unfortunately, we have had cold churros from this place in the past on two different orders..Although, on both occasions, the boss man was willing to make us a fresh batch... When they get it right, the deserts are really good.

Food was out for delivery for a long time and arrived cold

Very average airport coffee Overpriced but of decent quality Service was prompt but with a language barrier. Tables weren't cleaned. All in all a underwhelming experience. Just what you expect from a airport buiseness. So so at best

Amazing taste and quality at its highest Friendly and welcoming

Ordered food today and waited two hours but got no response regarding our order. Called them back only for them to say the rider kept calling but no one picked up which was a clear lie because I was on my phone the entire time and there were no voice mails left either as the man claimed. I said they could have sent me an email since I was registered with them but they claimed they couldn’t because they were busy. Called them and asked if he could redeliver. The man said the rider has already gone on to make other deliveries so it’s not possible. We then said we’d come and pick the food up but he then changed his story and said the food is in the bin. We asked for our money back and he said we’d have to claim for a refund. I asked for the managers name and the man put the phone down on me. Called again and another person picked up who also refused to give me the managers name but was clearly communicating with the person who refused to give their name. Placed a complaint against them and will charge for fraud.

Lovely until we saw a mouse run across the floor as we were getting ready to leave, we asked for a full refund this was the 1st time visited

i found it very expensive at£13.60 for 2 x chips peas and gravy. definitely wont be going back. the food was average at best

Tried to enter but lights are on but door locked. Not sure if the shop was closed early today but the sign says 9pm close, quite confusing, it could be helpful to have a closed early sign for the future.

Avoid This Place – Worst Breakfast Experience! We had breakfast at Park Way Restaurant on Sunday morning and it was the worst food experience of our lives. We ordered kaleh pache, and it was absolutely disgusting. All five of us ended up with diarrhea after the meal—clearly, the food was not fresh or prepared properly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. To make matters worse, after we paid our bill (and even left a £5 tip), the staff had the audacity to come back and demand a 10% service charge, claiming they had “forgotten” to add it to our bill. Service charges are optional, and a business should never chase customers down for extra money after payment. The service was terrible, and to top it all off, this is a cash-only business—no card payments accepted. That alone is suspicious, especially when they insist on charging extra fees. Avoid this place at all costs. The food is unhealthy, the service is appalling, and the way they operate is completely unprofessional.
